[Resolved] Reliance Digital Tv — STB problem not resolved, can't contact customer care. | |||

RM, Reliance Digital TV, Indore Dear Sir, I purchased new Reliance digital TV (BigTV then) connection around 7 months back. 2 months back due to hanging and other issues my set top box was replaced. But the replacement provided was also not is good condition its used to black out sometimes. the technical representative said due to availability issues I was provided with stb in such condition and if problem persists we'll change it again. Recently the problem with the STB has increased 10 folds and for some reason I'm not able to contact your costumer care. My call disconnects while waiting for bpo executive. Current Problem with STB: 1. Heats up to high temperatures and hangs. 2. Black outs during normal usage(only UI is visible). The STB provided is a very old one of previous generation and has troubled us a lot. I request you to replace my STB with a new one. Its still under warranty.
