to deactivate my plan without my permission

Dear sir/mam

I am Arun Kumar from F-14 Moti Nagar I have to complain against our reliance digital TV my plan is Silver + Tag plan in this plan we get a 4 months service free but my digital TV is not working from last one weak I have do a lot of complain regarding this but customer care agent ignore my problem now you do a solution of my problem.

our agent name is Ravi contact no. 9311608507 he says to us if you can do anything you can do.
