Regarding Smart Card No.[protected]
From 30th August 2013, we are not able to view any hindi movie channels. Error code is 200, immediately we called the customer care number [protected] and got a very pathetic response from the customer care executives. We did all the troubleshooting as they guided but issue remained unresolved. We even ask them to send a technician and we will pay his charges but they denied. They directly disconnect the call as they have no solution. They have not even provided a complaint number. Spoke to ashok, akash, drisen, junani, varsha, vandana, jayendra, yogesh, deepchand, etc. I also have recorded the conversation with deepchand.
Finally, today i selected option "speak to Customer Care Executive" and spoke to Rupendra who was quite sensible. As per discussion, he told me the issue should get resolved within 15-30 mins but due to some technical reasons its pending.
But, he was also not able to give a deadline as to when the issue will get resolved. Can i get my issue resolve at immediatley?? Was this information helpful? |
