[Resolved] Reliance Digital Tv — Suspension of services-Smart Card No.[protected] | |||
Please provide as much information as possible...Respected Sir, My Big Tv Services has been suspended by your deptt from yesterday whereas as per accounts, there should be a balance of Rs 212/- in my account against a monthly package of Rs 330/-starting from 24.08.13.On enquiring from your customer care, it is told that a double deductions has been made on a/c of shifting location and the same will be refunded after 72 hrs and I have to wait for that period with no fault of mine. This is very unfortunate and not acceptable from a company which is a leader in all fields. You are requested to look into the matter and activate my big tv services immediately. For your information, I have recharged first with Rs 327/-on 24.08.13 and secondly with Rs 400/-on 06.09.13 to ease off the shifting charges.An immediate actin is solicited with a reply to my mail.
