[Resolved]  Reliance Digital, Cmr Central Vizag — Loss of Original Bills/warranty cards

I have purchased 1)IFB washingMachine Front Load 6kg 2)250 litres samsung refrigerator on 1.10.2010 at CMR central show room, Visakhapatnam, Iwant to cover the above items for Insurance hence Irequired theduplicate Bills. When I approached Ms sudatta Benerjee and Mr Aiman, Stores Manager but they are talking roughly and inturn they are asking 'me "You should keep the original documents"".

I would like to know to whom I have to contact to solve my problem as my efforts with local people were in vain.

hii this is kamal kiran,
three months back I bought a HP laptop from reliance digital. While purchase I was offered a system shield antivirus on cost of Rs 200. When I came back home and opened the cover i found no antivirus key was found in that. I went on the next day to the reliance digital and told the salesman about it. They told me to come after two days . Next week I went they told to come after 10 days. then they said no stock was there. Almost six times I went and they all make me fake promise of calling me back, once the stock comes. For two hundered rupees product I came around to spend 500 rs. The customer service what I have got from this shop was really horrible. What I came to know was no one exactly is stay in the shop who can decision.

Now I openly suggest my frds and community not to buy any such product from this store. When a customer post purchase think of coming back to ur store although ur rates are high beacause convenience is now people find

announced that for SBI Card we would get 5% cash back

I had raised complaint via email but i didnt received any reply from them yet. It already been 3 months but i had not recieved any 5% cash back credit in my account. Thanks and regards,
