Really i am faded with the services of Reliance Post Paid Connection. Without informing they will activate some services & will charge for the same.
If you call them you have to pay 50 paise for 3 minutes but you would not get customer care line and phone line always will be busy.If you get connected they will regret for the same but do not think that your problem shortout here but again they will activate some services without your knowledge. Apart from this recently i had gone to reliance outlet & asked duplicate copy of the bill with outlet seal but they denied to give me & even the behavior of staff was very rude. Please pay attention. I have been using reliance post connection since 2008.
I do not know Reliance Boss is paying attention or not.
