OVER ROLLING UNDER Sec.126 of the ELECTRICITY Act, 2003, & penalizing to customer
Why?
Further as stated by Relince Energy Meter installed was found to be tempered (it is digital Meter)I said under section 135 as the Electricity Act, 2003 call the police & Launch the complain & hand over the Meter police will investigate weather meter is tempered or meter is faulty or running properly & customer congemction of electricity is less, we will gate the report but Co is not reedy to fallow the law they just say we have done our job & you have to pay the amount, I Sade you should go as per the law, but officer reply is don’t teach us law our report is the final judgment no court or no law, you go to any ware you have to pay the amount.
Why Reliance energy above the law?
Have government given any separate law to run the Co?
Also Reliance energy Has not Answer my Last three Latter?
Other hand there Recovery Department everyday torturing me to make the payment or eels supply will cut.
Recovery Department should fallow under section 56(2)
Will they answer any one in INDIA?
Can any one will ask them?
Is there any authority will look?
It is my request to media can they see thousand’s of consumer gating penalize
unjustified bill Amount Dear Sir/Madam,
I am have 2BHK flat A/C no 102230835 paying bill every month, in-spite of paying every month they send latter for payment of Rs 144000.00 I have written latter to reliance electricity but no answer from them, & they are jest sending bill to pay the Amount, putting presser to pay the amount, also asking me to pay the interest.
please help me for the same

find the latter copy as will as Sec. 126 Act, 2003 with attachment, there is no answer from them
