We would like to assure you that the preventive maintenance that was undertaken did not envisage power interruption to the hospital. However, the backup supply source faced some unforeseen technical challenges leading to the hospital facing interruption in supply, which we restored at the earliest as confirmed by you. Our representative has also met your Sister Meghna to reassure and explain the details to her.

We would also like to emphasize here that given the critical nature of your business, it is highly recommended that the hospital ensures its own adequate backup source of supply in the event of any planned or unplanned supply interruptions due to circumstance and conditions beyond our control.
