[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh Ansal Plaza Gr Noida — debit from credit card two time

Sir ,
i am regular member of reliance fresh anshal plaza greater noida gautam budh nagar up 201306

sir , i have purchesh some item on[protected] (amount 1607.00).
That time when the opretor pay bill on line system was fail & he again pay by my credit card .
He say that if two time deduct from a/c then i will return u your money . When i check my a/c then i saw that amount of 1607.00 has two time deduct .
When i contect to your branch manager he replied that your amount will be retun on[protected] a/c
but till date my extra amount not return my a/c.
So please my request to you return my amount on my a/c.
