Reliance Fresh — Poor behaviour of staff

I had visited Relianceafresh at Tirupur. Due to poor display of the product, the child was touched the ghee bottle it was felt down the floor and broken.Immediately the manager like gunda, charge the bottle in the bill. Even the bottles are not in rack. By displaying wrong, the consumer myself had paid the full amount. What would be the position from consumer forum

Yesterday I saw an offer on Real's Juice as I passed this Reliance Fresh store and decided to purchase two of them because of the offer. I dint check how much they billed me till I reached home. They charged me Rs 85 despite the offer Rs 70 that was displayed infront of the store.

Today I went back again and the offer was still on. So I decided to see if it was an error and decided to purchase the Juice again. Again they billed me Rs 85. I asked them why they've billed me Rs 85 despite the Rs 70 offer infront your store.
She apologized and said the offer got over yesterday.
Then I asked them if I would have got this offer, had I bought this yesterday. They said "certainly".
I showed them my bill of yesterday's purchase and asked them to refund my money.
They refused and said the offer was for Litchie Juice, I pointed to the bill where I had bought both litchie and an other one that was displayed under the offer.
They simply refused and said the offer had got over the day before yesterday.

Reliance store in Elamakkara, Kerala is staffed by the most irresponsible, arrogant and the most customer unfriendly people.

Me and others in my family have had similar experiences in this store where they put on misleading offers and vegetables whichare ironically to their store name NOT fresh.

I was forced tpo call Help line of Delhi Police at 100
but due to excuse of Guard I have not made call -please send some one who can listen about this misbehavior

i want to know that what is your working time, i think its till 10pm.but whenever we are going to reliance fresh BHOPAL INDRAPURI BRANCH after 9 pm, they were(staffs)in a silly mood and misbehave to customers like using rough words, you can check it on your CCTV video recordings also, once a customer broken his membership card also, so please warn them to at least give respect to customers...

Staff Misbehaviour.
All the staffs at Reliance Fresh, Madhuban Road, delhi near Nirman Vihar metro Station does not know how to
behave with customers and are rude and harsh in their response to any help.

Reliance Fresh — points not added to reliance one card

Went to the store on 26th Jan 2014 @ 8 am & the card swipe machine is not working. They tell me to call customer care. I do that & they tell me the system is down for maintaince till 11:30am. They know the system is down but they cannot add my points to the Reliance one card? Why?

i am a regular customer of reliance fresh . the products are very reliable . this time i purchased ration from here and i got saunf with many kankars n dirt in it.
this is not what we should get in return of money. i shall ask for compensation from reliance .

Reliance Fresh — Bad Customer Service & Late Delivery of goods, Kalyan West Store

I purchased goods 3 days before and few products were kept for home delivery. 3 days are over still the products are not delivered... In spite of calling them 3 times in a day, products were not delivered.. its really very very very bad and i regret purchasing from reliance fresh store.

today morning i bought two packs of small curds, but both of them were rotten ! i ate few bites and since then my stomach ache is not stopping.
