[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — STAFF MISBEHAVIOUR

I had a very bad experience today at Reliance Fresh, Janak Puri Store. The staff misbehaved with my two little kids and when argued the staff specially the Guard was acting a goonda. The staff has not coutesy ( I think Reliance has forgot to provide its staff the basic etiquettes as how to behave with custormers) . IT WAS REALLY A HORRIFYING AND VERYVERY DISTASTESTEFUL EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH A 7 YEAR OLD...IT IS ONLY BECAUSE OF THESE KIDS WE GO TO THIS STORE AND NOW BY MISBEHAVING WITH THEM THEY HAVE ENSURED THAT WE DO NOT REVISIT THIS USELESS STORE...

CAN SOMEONE FROM RELIANCE FRESH WILL HAVE CURTESY TO CALL ME AND SAY SORRY FOR THE ROUDY BEHAVIOUR OF THEIR STAFF.

Reliance Fresh — cheating at store

my mother visited to relience fresh store at fateh nagar, delhi 110064 on dated 11th of may 2009. she purchased some consumer good from there. at the time of payment she given accor food coupons for Rs.1700 in which she has been charged excess amount of Rs. 175/- by the counter staff. i immediate report to the branch incharge Mr. Jai Prakash who asked me that he will check and call back to me . i called again when he not replied then he assure me to call back. next day when i didnt recd any call i wwent to the showroom but he said they didnt charged excess and speak to me very rudely. i think he is not much able to handle the store as incharge and have no manners how to speak with customers. even i face this problem before also when i have been charged excess amount as mentioned in MRP. frist he asked me the bill and when i produced the bill he was arguing me the amount is okie. after checking again he said its not a big amount and u can adjust next time. but why next? also some time the good was in bad condition when i opened at home like cheez and mushroom etc. so, they should stop this type os mistakes and behavier.

Reliance Fresh / Amulya — Charge of excess money

Hi.I had purchased some grocery items on 22 nd of june.I was charged excess amount on Amulya DWHI 1000g* 2.
I requested them to refund the money but they did not pay any attention to my request.

I request you to ask your retail shop to refund the same nor i shall lodge a complaint in consumer court and publish in the local news paper about such irregularity and behaviour, since i have kept the retail cash memo.
Dear sir

I have join reliance fresh stores at meerut in 2007, but unfortunately the stores are closed after 3 months & company had terminated to all employees.
But till date I have not recd my PROVIDEND FUND . what should I do.

Reliance Fresh Store At Jheel Kuranja — charging of extra amount thru sodexo meal

On 26.6.09 at 21.45 a bill from counter no.C1014 has been generated at the said store for Rs.735. But inadevertantly I gave him the coupn for Rs.785/- instead of Rs.735/- which he also entered as Rs.775/- as confirmed from the bill. But next day the person who do this deny that he received the excess coupn whereas I have details that I gave him 13 coupn of Rs.50/- each, 5 coupn of Rs.25/- each and one coupn of Rs.10/-. This was also informed to Store incharge Mr.Nitin Punyani and he requested for two days time. But till date nothing has been done. Pls look into and do the needful.

ROBIN FOODS — OVERCHARGING THAN MRP

Dear Sir,
i would like to bring to your notice that the shop ROBIN FOODS near CMC Dental College, CMC Brown Road 141008 opposite post office, is countinuing fraudulent trade practice by charging 2-5 rupees on each product over the MRP. since the papers mentioned that we have to first notify the proprietor and then make such complaints, i and other customers have repeatedly comunicated to the proprietor of this unfair practice which they seem to have no shame or control.

Relaice Staff is behaving like governer in Ranchi, They are not having time to meet with customer not they have time to expalin the products. Most products in Ranchi is of Local market and all are above Price they same Products are avillable in other store by less than even 20 % of the Price.

The printer at your store Vasanthnagar, Hyd not working since months. Because of this, the executive is unable to redeem the points I have on my card. Pls do the needful.

Reliance Fresh — Dupe

Hi,

I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh and use to purchase all types of items for my family. I usually do not verify my bill amount as i do trust them. Last time i looked on my bill and found they were duping. Instead of billing exact price they are charging Rs. 1 extra on some item and also they are making round of 20 pasia to Rs. 1. As i shouted they adjusted my bill. But is this way they should treat with there customer. From now onwards i am not going to any of Reliance Fresh.

Reliance Fresh — Broken of a Chair

I bought two plastic chairs from Reliance Fresh Store, Maharani Farm, Durgapura, Jaipur on 18th July, 2009. And in only three months one of the chair has broken. When i went to store to complain about this, they behaved so badly and told me that this chair cannot be broken, you broke this willingly. So please help me out in this matter and get my chair replaced.
This complaint is cent percent genuine. The behavior of the employees of these stores is so bad that can not be tolerated this completely spoils the image of the whole Reliance Company. The owners of these stores as well as the government must look into these matters and take some action against the employees or the store heads. Otherwise they never stop abusing with the customers.

Reliance Fresh — new bicycle being stolen

Reliance fresh is the biggest retail chain store of India. But i got very much hurt from the lack of customer services provided by such reputed company and mis behaviour of staff and general manager too.
I am talking about your paota c-road branch where my 10yr son went to purchase some eating item. He after purchasing got invoice no. C1026 #0194 and came out of store at 19:16:47 and found his new bicycle missing . On seeing that he start crying and got very much in shock. He does not get back to home due to fear of threat of parents. When he do not returns to home his mother went to reliance fresh store in search . After lot of searching atlast she found him crying in some dark road side. After knowing everything she complains of missing of bicycle to reliance staff and guard on duty there but they ignores saying that it is not their duty to look after everybodys vehicles and on asking for complaint book they forwards her to the general manager but his behaviour was the worst as he spoke very shoutedly harsh that he has not open any Sanskar school keep teaching everybody that its not our duty to protect your vehicles. And who told you to come here for purchasing and get of here i am very busy. And on asking him that there should be a guard who should keep watch on your customers vehicles he tells that we are already running our store in loss so we cant afford that. Sir you please decide yourself that general manager of branch of such a leading store of India should talk like that and in this mannes .. Reliance fresh one of leading stores of India do not provides parking facility in its stores isnt it a very shameful thing regarding customer facilities provided by your stores and behaviour and respect given by your ill mannered staff. Your this branch has no parking facility whereas High court has given strict orders in this regard. I have got all the photographs of your this store from every angle and recorded statements. Sir please guide me why should not i go to consumer court for the lost bicycle of my son and to get compensation of our mental harashment. Please reply me soon sir as your stores are leading stores of India and take action according to reputation of Reliance fresh stores. Waiting for your prompt action on this matter.

I am Dr. dilip kori and presently live in jabalpur. sir i m regular costomer of jabalpur civil line branch relince fresh, sir i was purchese some cosmetic items and some other product, after a day when i was came to u r relince fresh for replacement of lifebuy soap with big soap of lifebuy, store manager shilpi misbehave with me she told me, ones you perchase things from relince fresh they are not replaced and in our roules this facility not available..
becouse i m regular costomer of your relince fresh and i was also visited your other branch in diferent cities so was told to your store manager, mem i know very well roules of relience fresh but shilpi act proudly and say no i am not replaced this things and she misbehave me, after that i m not return back to your relince fresh bcs she dont know wht the manner to used in world class shoping store...

Complaint: Debit and Credit cards are not swiped in front of the customer.
At Reliance Fresh, Vijaynagar, Bangalore the cards we give to settle the bill, is taken and swiped in a room which is out of access to the customer. I think this is not proper. the customer has every right to watch the card being swiped in front of him/her.the staff are not able to give an answer to this.
there are chances to misuse the card. this should be brought to the immediate notice of the officials and immediate action should be taken to rectify it.
I hope this will get the attention of the officer incharge and attended.
P.S: Reliance Fresh being a giant company, should have 'contact us' in the website or 'consumers' complaint'.
Reliance is really not bothered brother. They made their billions and run these petty businesses to show losses in their balance sheet. Ambani's are busy fighting among themselves and have no time to improve business.

Reliance Fresh — Cheating by giving offers and bad services

I had purchased from rekiance fresh pravoor (kerala ) ,they have given one offer that if my purchase cover Rs. 3000, i will get Rs.800 off. ii made the purchase , and next month i asked for the offer ,they are saying yoou are not eligible for the offer .? . i had two other experience with the same shope .......... there behaviour to customer is very bad . It is very bad to the brand image .
