[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — Misbehaviour

This Rajesh from Mumbai (Kandivali - Thakur Complex. My wife had a bad experience on Reliance Fresh in Kandivali - Thakur Complext store. On 14-Jan-2010, she went with my 10 month old son to buy some grosary to Reliance Fresh Store. As my son is 10 month old, she keeps Parle Biscuit in bag which was checked by Security person before entering to the store. She took bag inside after security person's permission. When she came out from the store, security guy standing on outdoor checked the bag and said she has taken Parle G buscuit without paying bill. After repetative argument that when she went inside it was there, security guy did not listen. When she asked that your inventory in computer system must have this biscuit so check in that or you have CCTV camera also to verify the same. They denied for verifying any of the two options. At the end as my son was crying, she given biscuit to security guy and came to home.
This is rediculas on Reliance Fresh management. They are keeping un-professional staff and there is no customer service. There should be strict action against them as they do not verify any things before blaming. They sale Jeans and shirt also. We may not be suprised if tomorrow their security guys asked us to remove jeans or shirt saying that it is taken without bill.
I would request to take strong action against Reliance Fresh and request everyone, not to go Reliance Fresh as they are very un-professional people.

I agree with this totally.. I had a similar experience here in Navi Mumbai
The undelightful behaviour of Reliance Delight and Reliance Fresh at Belapur, Navi Mumbai India is shocking. The personnel are rude and ill-behaved and do not attend to the customer ever. To add to the woe they also harass customers for small changes and make them stand in the queue, despite the customer being polite enough to say that he has no change.
One such incident happened to me today, when i purchased some 724 gms of mutton and the bill came upto Rs. 203. The Manager of the store refused to give men my change and the purchase until I went around running and arranging change. This is most unaccepted as it is they who must keep enough changes and give it to the customer, or else let go off the small change so that the customer can move on. I urge the employers to take stern action against this behaviour so that the entire service industry in India knows how to behave with customers.

I am Prabnek Singh from mohali and my mother visited reliance fresh in Phase-7 mohali near HDFC Bank, And she bought the daily stuff and at the checkout she was harassed by the security guart on saturday 11th July, 2014 . He asked for my mother's purse and checked each and every stuff in front of wveryine and scrolled her personal stuff out of the purse and i and my father went today on thursday as we were out of town, and talked to them on which they were rude and said we have powers to check the purse, So, to re iotrate, no male security guard has the power to check ladies purse which she is carrying on her hand and if they have any doubt would have called police and head towards checking, so this is not at all acceptable and i want to file a strong case against so it never happens with anyone, I would escalate this to the highest point be it media or court . As no compensation or apologised can wave my mother's insult and apart form this you may check the camera recordings avilable at the store for the same, i already spoke to the manager there and informed him about the same on which nothing was done apart from providing a number for a senior area manager . I want this to be taken care as soon as possible,
