[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — Bad Customer Care Service

Sir,

I am a regular visitor of Reliance Fresh Store at Nangloi, Delhi. on 1st Oct -08 I visited Reliance store to buy some milk. As asked by the Security Guard, I left my helmet on the desk beside him. When I returned to him after purchasing I didn't find my helmet there. When I asked him, he replied it was not his duty to guard customers' articles. After making complain to the store superviser, he got me connected to the store manager and district manager over phone and I was asked to lodge my complain in the store complain register which was nothing but a simple register.

I lodged my complain in the register as complain no. 4, but they denied me giving any receiving.

After that I kept calling them for the result of my complain and every time I got assured that it was in process.

On 7th October, I got reply from the Store Manager, Mr. Ajay Mobile no. [protected] that it is the customers' responsibility to take care of his articles and the store is not responsible for any loss.

Now, I want to ask them

1. If it is customers responsibility then why they are asked to keep their things with security guard?
2. Why the customers are not issued a token in return?
3. Why the do not display "Take of of your articles, the store is not responsible for it"?
4. Why I was asked to register complain, when this was so?
5. Why I got reply so late?

I got very hurt not because of loosing my Rs. 1000.00 helmet but because of the customer care service to a branded store like Reliance.

I request you all not to keep your articles with security guard, even if asked by him, else be ready to loose it.

Today I went to Reliance Fresh Store Hasanpur Village and shop for Rs. 577.09. Towards payment I have provided my HDFC Bank Debit Card. The card has been swiped by the Cashier equivalen amount of Rs. 577.09. As per cashier's machine transaction by hdfc bank not authorised and there was no charge slip signed by me. Cashier has taken the amount in Cash Rs. 577.09 from me. After some time aprox 7-8 minutes when I left the store I have received sms from HDFC Bank that Rs. 577.09 has been debited from my account toward settlement of my purchase from Reliance Fresh. Immediately I rushed to the Store and asked for refund of Rs. 577.09 as the store has charged me twice.

Supervisor of the Store and cashier refused to refund my money and they were asking for the bank statement to prove that my account has been debited. They were not believing the sms sent from HDFC Bank.

This is really surprising and shocking. I will visit the store tomorrow i.e. on 5/6/2012 with the bank statement and try for refund of my excess amount paid to Reliance Fresh store.

With this note I request the Management of Reliance Fresh to lookinto such matters for immediate resolve & solutions in the interest of the customers.

Sir I am from Hyderabad, Here the service in retail sector is very bad. The advertisement of reliance fresh is coming first but the stock in not available in your stores.

Please check into this matter seriously otherwise i am afraid that you loose lot of customer

Yes i agree to the above Reliance Fresh Stores Charai Thane is famous for the rotten vegetables expiry products and misbehaviour with customers. I myself reside in charai thane and have noted that there is no cleanliness in the premises rotten vegetable potatoes onions tomatoes fruits are sold at a high price. I request strict action to be taken against them.
i had purchase one fruit jam from Reliance fresh bangalore, with buy one get one free offer, i got one one at counter(free item was not delivered), before billing i ask for same, they informed that now price is this, so i confirm with manager and after confirmation of Reliance manager, i ask to provide me free item, they started raising there voice, and called me next day morning, i am really very upset and i feel Reliance fresh manager's behavior was not cooperative and very poor service,

I am Amrita Gupta, I am a berry old customer in Reliance Fresh store but recently I am visit one off your reliance fresh store which in kolkata's UTSHA store for purchase something so I finding all sigh age are wrong like ex ample few offers sigh age are there but when I asked you CSC stuff told me "no no all produce are selling by normal mrp price, after that I find your ice cream offer its by one & Get one free so I want to purchase those ones but your employees are told thz offer is already closed so I want to talking there seniour TL or store maneger but when I called him the poor store maneger told me he is busy right ow at first I taken a appointment after that he visited with me.but when I called again him he came down to me taken a verry bad body language.when l informed him all my problems he said me verry cassually if interested so purchase other wise get out off the store.when I informed him I put down a mail for your misbehaviour so he gave me reply "TOR JA KORAR KOR"this type off behaves never expected.the persons name some Aziz.he were a casual dress with reliance id card.so please look the master asap.Because reliance is verry famous brand.when I visit your Mumbai stores they proved that really GRAHAK DEBO BHABA.but I really upsets after visiting your utsha store.so if your authority taken action so well & good other wise I gave a written complain in consumer forum.brcause the person really insulted me.please look into this matter.my no.[protected]
reliance fresh is generally good, however, i have one complaint.they want you to keep personal things like your body spray at the shelf with the security guard.not only is it likely to get lost, it is not required to keep personal items in full public view, with people wondering why you are carrying these things.once there was one employee following me inside asking me whether i was carrying cosmetics.i did'nt reply, just showed him my bag.that's another thing, why should i show a guy what i am carrying in my ladies' handbag?why can't they have female attendants to check the bags.

because of this, many times, i do not go to the store and shop elsewhere, even though i would have liked to shop there.

I am a banking professional so i do understand what does it take to build a business, but i also consider the facts which may ruin the business.

Just a well wisher, i visited ur BTM reliance fresh outlet.and i found many loopholes . Examples few:

# Arguing and arrogant employees (I really can not call them Professionals in any sense and i mean it)
# Bad sense of service(While still there were so many customers in the outlet they closed all the counters but
two...which caused me to bill my items after 15 minutes.. )


I[censored] guys want detailed description of everything, u can call me on my no#[protected]...I will help u all the possible to close the loopholes..
Pathetic service, arrogant attitude of staff and lying to sell the products.
I saw the add in 1-May-2013 Gurgaon Times of reliance fresh advertising 1.2 Lt Slice selling at 31 Rs, but when I went to Sector--31 Gurgaon Reliance fresh store, They were selling it at 33 Rs.

More over Their store had 2 price slips for same products (Rooh Afja).. When I brought this to notice of store sale person, instead of admitting and correcting mistake, he started behaving rudely.

When I asked for Store manager, i was told, storekeeper is not there.. I decided not to leave counter until meeting deputy storekeeper... and he only appeared when I asked for complained book.

Very disappointed at the behaviour of reliance fresh... Can anybody look at this and revert back?

I am a regular customer of reliance fresh and i have following complaints against the reliance fresh near Gaba Hospital yamunanagar haryana.
1. Milk (mainly family milk and dairy life milk) is preferably sold to the shopkeepers and milkmen instead of normal public and due to this the milk gets finished before 0700 hrs most of the time
2. The better quality vegetables is stored by the storemen in the store rooms and is billed for their own homes in the evening at lower rates.
3. The most of the scheme tags are not attached with the products and the normal public is unable to take benefits of it.Always we have to ask the storemen for the scheme and also the rates of certain products. Some of the products like cold drinks and biscuits are not available at all whenever there is any scheme on them
4. The no of workers in the store is also very less than required and if a person needs help, he/she needs to find a storeman for that.Even then its not sure that he will help or not. The AC and billing facility is also very poor. There is only one billing counter working at most of the times.
5. The last thing is the management of the products is not up to the mark.Mostly the vegetable crates and milk crates in the morning are lying here and there all around in the store which looks very untidy.Due to this the customers faces a lot of problem in taking the vegetables.
6.Paper bags required for the grocery products are also unavailable most of the times.
7. No change is available, instead the toffees are given in the change everytime
I am writing this complaint because reliance fresh in the starting had a very good sales but because of these and many other factors common man is stopping to go there, only the shopkeepers go there to buy products.
In future also i will continue giving my feedback to the company
Today I parches my need able thing wide my Reliance card No..[protected] at 9.45.24 Hrs as per declare in paper Real Juice Costing Rs.85 Reliance price 68/- I pick up Two No.s but cost is not down it is showing Rs 85/- only hence I return back . I thing this type of activities will effect your sale and confidence of your valuable costumers
