Reliance General Insurance / Bike Insurance — NCB certificate is pending | |||
Bellow mentioned are the details of my complain against RGIL, Aimer (Rajasthan). This company is not issuing me NCB certificate because of this I am not able to avail NCB in my current policy from UIIC. Although I have sent request of the NCB to RGIL many times on Email & by post also but RGIL officials are not taking it seriously. Below mentioned are the proof of complaint by EMAIL that I have sent to RGIL Manager Mr. Bharat ([protected]). When contacted the show room, he was been asked to pay the amount first and then it would be reimbursed by Reliance Insurance company and the estimation given was 20, 000rs.I am not sure how a labour can spare his 20, 000 rs amount from his pocket and then reimburse from the company. That too the response was given by Tambaram branch was very poor, as though they dont care about reliance reputation.
I am not sure whether the complaint which i am writinng now, will be considered and action will be taken or not, but thought to right first on the complaint box before preventing my friends and relatives recommending other insurance company. Asmost of my friends and relatives have reliance insurance, it would be unsafe for us if we are going to get such a response from the branch, and also if the policy is not flexible to customer.
