Regarding my wife health insurance there is 4 months passed but still no any reply from RGI due to my claim payment and they are many times investigate this claim for making the fool ,I have given many times intimation for my claim by telephonic and through the mail but no any revert me from that side as this type of mail forworded by me which is given below.

As per your telephonic discussion i am sending my claim detail, there are two times investigation have been done first time in Dec.09 and again investigation has been done by Mr.Praveen by Probes Associate Delhi but still no any revert back form your side.
