Not got settings

Hi
I have nokia 2626 i had asked for wap settings and mms settings by going to Rmenu>getsettings>Wapsettings as rcare told
i have not got my settings since 1 month
i am very angry and call reliance care 5to6 times a day
Please take a step against it

I am facing a probleme whole playing youtube. My phone showing 44'H, ME Error. what can i do? Please advice me.
