Sir,
I amm a beloved customer of reliance GSM from the past one month. I purchased a RIM gsm sim card (90144702422) in guntur on 21-03-09, they promised me that they will provide daily talk time of 5 rupees for 90 days.bit they failed.
i am not getting the free talk time of rs. 5 from 24-04-09 i contacted the cus care but no use .. they replied me that the sim was activated on january 24 of 2009, and the time of 90 days is over. i purchased it on last month only.
The reliance company has cheated me.i want my talk time to use for 90 days. pls take action on this issue..
