activation of F MIndal pack without my consent

On 31.05.09 I receive a message on my mobile no 9749434540 that FMIndial pack has been renewed at Rs.30 / 30days and the company deducted Rs. 60.00 from my balance on account of this pack which I have not subsribed and when i tried to call customer care for unsubscription it was not reachable

deduction of balance in the name of activation of caller tune. 2 days back saome service was activated automatically ! I caled up customer care and told the problem they resolved it. but again today date being 4.9.12 again balance ws deducted in the nane of caller tune and from morning I am unable to contact customer care. so kindly help me to get out this problem.This thing has happened many times this is not the first time. kindly take some strict action. my mobile number is 9608168068. name : vineet
