Reliance GSM Mobile Connection — deduction of balance without permission frequently

I have reliance GSM mobile connection with number +91-[protected]
I have this connection from last 5 months. Without my permission, company makes updates in my connection and deduct balance often, recently yesterday it has deducted 50 rs from my balance without any activation and information,
This has happened a lot of time , please take serious action and help me to get my money back.
