Reliance GSM Mobile — GPRS 99 Plan Not Provide

hello sir,

i am Jaydip Surani From Rajkot,

i have Reliance GSM Mobile
my number is +[protected]

i have activated 99 gprs plan on my mobile on 13 April 2011,
And it is my e recharge pin number [protected]

but i cant use gprs services...

so i complain in Reliance Customer care.
i m talked With Mr. Jitendra
he Gives me my complain number[protected]
n telll me time of your complain solve in next 72 Hour but my problem is not solve now

so Reliance request me other 3 day
but now i cant give more time to Reliance

so sir, plz help me
