[Resolved] Reliance GSM Prepaid — Mobile Balance deduction

Dear Team,

I am a user of Reliance GSM Prepaid. My complaint is regarding the unnecessary and unknown deduction of mobile balance oftentimes.

Please have a look on the below latest case.

I recharged yesterday date 22nd Feb, 2013 for my [protected] mobile no. with 340/- balance at 12 pm around. I had earlier balance of 8-9 rupees so total balance available was around Rs.349/- Then after I had hardly call of 1-2 Rupees. When I checked my balance in evening, it was just left with Rs.310/-. I checked myself first that I had not other auto renewal due available. So I lost about Rs.40/-.
When I called Customer Care at 2 am, I got the only answer as usual the data is not retrieval and we are not able to view any data. This answer I am getting many times and they get a easy escape out of it.
Again I call at 12 today at 23rd Feb, 2013, I received the same answer. Now this will go for next 2 days and then after they will have answer " we can't get the data for more than last two days".

Reliance GSM is cheating the customer when they have more balance and if customer is not tracking it they earn good amount of it.
This has been happened with me many times.

It is my humble request to you to have a strict action on it otherwise there are many consumers are getting cheated everyday.

Reliance Prepaid — Undue BALANCE deduction

sir/madam,
I am a RELIANCE PREPAID customer, mobile No.[protected]. yesterday Rs.30 was deducted from my balance without any notification. On calling the customer care, proper response is not given by them.
kindly help me in getting it refunded.
The company has deuced such amounts many a times.Also take strict action so that it should not occur with any other customer.

the amount from the account has been deducted but i deint get the balance on number.

i received a msg that jokes services have been suscribed succesfully and the amt of rs.30 has been deducted from my account.i neither receive any jokes nor do i get the amt refunded, i even called up customer care but no action has been taken up.

Reliance — Money getting deducted from prepaid mobile without usage

My no is [protected] , CDMA prepaid Mobile of Dr Sasanka Sekhar Bhattacharyya. It is a prepaid mobile and money is getting deducted without using the mobile. It is also not allowing Do Not Disturb Service to be registered for which complaint had been launched earlier.
Telemarketing calls and SMS are creating nuisance.

Please help.

10 rs. have been deducted from my account balance on 22-3-11 and same process on 23-3-11.
these deductions are unauthorized and services are not used by me.

Reliance GSM Prepaid — unnecessary cut

[protected] relaince gsm prepaid, on 20/03/11 they activated valler tune without any request to them deducted rs 30/-
on 24/03/11 they deducted rs 10 without any information, please requeste them to credit total rs 40/- which they have cut un-necessarily.

Sir your all most services are automatically activate on my mobile no. and my balance is cuted and i told your cuustomer executive but they do not do well so i requist to plaese solve my proble as soon as possible...hurry

Sir if my problem that decucted my balance from mobile no. accout and problem do no solve than I will go to consumer cout that is my last way.

Dear Sir, its really very surprising, without our request services was activated on my moblie i.e. caller tune & shero sharyi which we never requested. please note total rs 40/- is deduced from my account, which must be reflecting on your system.
we recevied phone call from your customer services but so far no solution.

so we request you to credit rs 40/- in out account immediately

i want my balc now...from past 2 days ur company is deducting my balc.this is the worst service i hv seen so far.everyday sumthing or the other problem.i want my balc otherwise i will change my sim nd will inform others also that u provide the worst service to ur users...i wanna complain to the consumer court but i want my balc back...i want ur response in 1 day...nd with my balc...how can ur do so ...everyday i have to kol customer care and ask what the prob is nd now n den dey say u hv activated this and that..all ...

they have deducted 40rs from my account of no use many times & refunded but the latest issue was deducting rs 49, for a scheme that i never subscribed,now they refuse to refund back, this is wholly a consumer exploitation & harrasament

My balance has been deducted by the service provider without preinformation.when i complain to customer care executive, he informed about services activated on my no. But i never activate any service by myself. Plz solve my problem

your customers care peoples are so care less , i said him not to activate any plan on my mobile number. but they peoples again activate any plan on this number and my balance is again deducted. i am now registering a complaint against you in consumer court for these type of activities on again & again on my number .This is not only once but this is thrice chance on my number in last two months.so look in look matter and refund my balance .

I am a user of Reliance GSM Per paid service. This complaint is about the deduction of balance from the account. It seem that deduction from balance become a trend in Reliance. In other words we can say that it become the habit of Reliance authority to deduct the user balance.

Reliance GSM Prepaid mobiles — Illegally deduction from prepaid account balance

I am a relaince gsm mobile user no. [protected]. I had complained of illegal deduction of charges from my existing balance.

I stopped using this no. when they last deducted from my balance.

I had to go outstation to himachal then I recharged for Rs.100/- then my bal was Rs.79/-
after 1-2 calls( My existing plan is of 1Rs./3 Mins) it showed the balance of Rs.46/- after sometime again it deducted some amount & it shows Rs.17 is my balance when I didn't used the phone. After that I switched off my phone.

so please look into my issue and guide me to take the necessary steps .
my contact number is same as aboveor you can call me @ [protected]. Such kind of serivces are fraud & making fool of consumer & they are taking advantage of deducting of thier own & making easy money by pickpocketing the customers.

Please take strick action against them & try to take refund I had called the call center but in vain they are saying you must have used the balance by calling. They also not telling me the details of the calls used by me.
