[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Prepaid Service — balance deduction

sir,
I am a reliance gsm user.There was deduction of Rs 10 to 20 due to some cricket pack activated to my number which i never activated.When i asked regarding the deduction of balance from my account, the customer care representative said that the cricket pack got activated on 25 of feb 2011 which i never activated.i asked for the refund but was completely denied and they behaved very badly.My mobile number is [protected].i am continuously harrassed by the stupid messages. So kindly help me regarding the refund of balance to my number.

Reliance GSM Prepaid — Activation of services never asked for

Hi,
Using Reliance GSM SIM at Hyderabad. My number is [protected]. I am being charged for some services which i have not subscribed to. I have tried to unsubscribe. All in vain. My complaint no is[protected] was on Saturday. Against the said ticket ID Credit has been given as it was no fault of mine yesterday. Today some executive has called and enquired for the credit, the moment he closed the call again Rs.15/- has been deducted against the same service which we never opted for. Called the call centre with ticket ID[protected] dtd 16th may (manoj), Exectutive has confirmed that there is no service activated now.
Kindly credit all that has has been deducted due no fault of mine.
This is second time that this has happened even after confirming that no services were activated from my end.
Kindly resolve this once and for all.

Mohan here my mobile no.is [protected].Thanks to Reliance, as they have given me the reason to write to you again. To keep you updated I have written to you on 16 & 17 th May for activation of some service. Thanks that refund has been done against these calls.

Yesterday Geeta, has written on facebook ID that my issues has been resolved. But to my surprise today my balance has gone down as Techzone-WallPaper pack got activated on my account may be yesterday itself the moment some executive has checked my account.

Today morning again spoken to the call centre and Ticket ID given by them is[protected], which seems to be a fake ID as it too much resembles to my mobile no. These executives do not take any complaints against any false activation of services which were never asked for and they say that you only have activated. If one asks to check what all services are active on the account they will say we cannot access your account. You kindly check what you have activated. There should be an URL to check the status against the Ticket ID given by the Customer care.

Please do the needful so that the credit is given on the same and also update me if there a way by which like DND, one can block any service pack activation on my mobile connection no. If there is any solution please to update me or I have to think for BSNL GSM connection.
