[Resolved]  Reliance Gsm Service — smart caller tune code request

Dear sir, i am using smart service since 2 years.i want a smart caller tune code of song " sad instrumental " of movie LAKSHYA. I want to set it as my mobile caller tune so plz send me this code earlier and help me.

Reliance GSM — Wrongly deducted around 20 Rs from my balance.

Hi I am a customer of Reliance GSM with the mobile number [protected].
Today(28-Jan-2010) around in the evening reliance has deducted around 20 Rs from balance without my notice.
When I tried calling the *333 from my mobile its not allowing me to either raise a complaint/request.
When I tried calling the Customer Care from landline[protected] they given a different number to call and when i called that number they referred back to the old number.
When I tried the same number again[protected] its not allowing me to raise a request/complaint.
Please suggest.

Reliance GSM Services — delay in portability

I have applied for number portability from Vodafone to reliance smart on 24 January 2011 at reliance web world, LIG square. They assured me that portablility will take take 7 days and your vodafone number will be stopped at mid night only but more than 9 days has left and nothing has happened. Even they stopped my vodafone services also.My portablility code is VY114515

Reliance GSM Service — incoming calls not coming

Hello sir/mam,
I am a busy doctor and I have ported in from airtel to reliance GSM through number portability, but the day I ported in my incoming calls are deactivated but outgoing calls are going. Many number of time I complaint about it to customer care reliance web world, but not sorted out yet, I am suffering every minute. Very poor services of reliance.. my number is [protected].

i want my tune code for sachi sachi teri nazre for film dabangg.

I m a reliance customer(9681******)..sms do not delivery at actual time...it delay for long time...some times its not deliver....if someone sms me,i cant receive the msg at actual time.....and i receive a msg for repeated times,means 1 msg u send,,,i got the same msg 4 or 5 times.....plz get rid of this.....................

Reliance GSM Service — poor service

reliance gsm is kind of horrible service provider i hve ever found..frst of all..u hve to try a lot to get d line to talk to a customer care executive..aftr u wd get the line...u wd be kept waiting fr long long time ...to talk to a busy executive.....
2nd is d network service....horrible...!!...either u dnt get the voice on the oder side...or ur voice wont reach the oder side...or d line wd suddenly get ds cnnctd...sometimes ...for a whole day...it goes on hunger strike..wid no works at all....smtimes u wd get to hear oder people's useless conversation free of cost....so called cross connection....
i faced a lot of troubles wid reliance...
frst my balance automatically get deducted without my knowledge....CCE even cdnt give me a good answer that can best suit my querry....smtimes de tell dt u have activated an astrology service or whtever....omg...when and how...funny answer..u pressed on * & # may be...unknowingly...how funny...''i dnt have any habit to play wid the mobile..or i dnt practice finger exercise on my mobile even...u wd even remain confused and start thinking over ..''whether u pressed those buttons....??..no answer...at last...console urself...may be u pressed....somehow...''.....my balance kept on going down down and down...ultimately vanished totally...now showing....in some...''minus'' format....
decided....switch over to some oder network...it wd be rather better......

reliance is a big fraud...

Reliance GSM Service — BALANCE DEDUCTED WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION

Today my Reliance GSM Prepaid balance was Rs.34/- till 10 AM. I did not used my mobile till 4 pm due to meeting. When i used after 4 pm i have got an flash sms showing the world cup details. Then i checked my balance & seen Rs.30/- deducted from my account. I called the customer care & talked with Arnav, he told me that an sms service activated automatically & Rs.30/- deduced for that reason. I requested him to refund my balance as i have not opted for an update of world cup. He told that it is not possible.

Pl help what I have to do for that ? I have not send any SMS to the Reliance. I am astonished how it was automatically activated in my mobile. Pl do necessary action.

you are right sir...even me and many of my friends are suffereing from thi...they are unnecessarily activating different schemes on my mobile and cutting my balance. when i am calling the customer care and asking them then they say that they cant do anything about it...I am tired of calling the customer care and no action is being taken...We seriously want the authorities to take some action...Please take some action against Reliane Communication...
