[Resolved]  Reliance Gsm Service — sim card activation

my mobile no.[protected] deactivated. pl activate

sir,
i purchased a reliance GSM sim card numbered [protected] on 13-2-09, but it has not been activated yet. i req u 2 please activate it as soon as possible.

sir, maine aapne gsm mobile no [protected] hai...maine aapne no se customer care no...[protected]...is par baat ki toh mera balance katne laage...maine custmar care se baat ki iske liye par unhone koi responce nahi diya...or kaha ki ye balance kaathe rahaga...sir, starting mai mera balance 26.70 paise tha par aab 7.70 paise hai...mera 19 rupess kaath liye hai...sir relince toh choor hai, kamine hai ullu ka patthe hai...

in my village there is no network so i can't talk with my girlfriend

Reliance GSM Connection — activate and recharge prob.

i m from dealer point (ganpati communication, chakkarpur, gurgaon). i have paid 2000 rupees for balance transfer in new gsm easy recharge sim on[protected]. but till today i have not receive my amount. and my activation right( messege) also barred. i can, t recharge my new custmer who purchase sim from my shop. untill i can, t recharge, cust. can, t call anywhere. so my goodwill is going on earth. when i said to distributer to serender this sim & return my money, he sayes easily YES. its means i can, t sale rim gsm sim in future. is this system is right.

i had purchase the gsm service card...card got activated but my mony in the night mode is getting minus...as per card the night mode should be freee..

i spoke to call center...they told that the scheme will be actovated after 2 days for night mode...

this should be informed earlier...berfore taking the card

Reliance Smart GSM — Activation of SIM

From past 45 days my sim card ([protected]) is not getting activated.
I had recharged with Life Time recharge coupon worth Rupees 52 on 8th Feb. '09 but still i m not being able to use incoming & outgoing facility.
I had complained so many time to Customer Care Cell but no positive result came.

Complain ids' are follows : 9239897, 92517319 etc.
They just keep on giving complain ids ' nothing else.

So i m expecting help from this forum.

Hope above will be taken under consideration & needful will be done

I have Purchased GSM on 28/03/2009, No.[protected], the number is not still activated, the sim is showing error i.e.40 H'ME ERROR. I have contacted the Customer Care & Web World from where i purchased but there is no satisfactory response. Please Guide.

My cell no is [protected] (GSM PREPAID) in Tamil Nadu, It is dead since 3 days.
i have been using it since last 1 month. Already all the required documents has been submitted

i have taken a GSM sim card on 11th April it got activated on 12th Evening & next day Morning ie.13th Morning it was showning sim card rejected. when i spoke to the dealer he said i need to take it to Reliance Gallery. when ti went to the gallery in khar i was told they can't do anything i have to tell dealer only to have it replace n give but even he is not ready to do so...

please tell me wat should i do now.

Who will be the better person to help me in this case.

MY PIN 2 CODE

I had purchased Reliance G.S.M Sim card on[protected] cell No [protected] but till to day ie[protected] at 2.50 PM the Sim is not activated. How many days it took for activation.I had purchased the sim from Soni Mobil Shop, Ramnagar Muktidham, Bhilai (C.G.) and the owner says that he already submited all doc's to Jain Enterprise, Akashganga on 9th May 2009. I have personnaly visited to Jain Enterprises, Akashganga Bhilai (C.G.), but they did not give me sufficient answer. Request you to kindly do the needful ASAP.

i purchased gsm card # [protected] now is displayed SIM CARD REJECTED. then i call the reliance Customer Care He say your entered the pin number so card invalid. but i not entered pin number. automatically no is locked.please solve the problem

Reliance GSM — sim not activated

hii i purchased two reliance gsm sims and i submited d id proof and all.. and it got activated after 2 days but d phones were off for 2 3 days so it again gt deactivated.. nw again i hv submitted d documents as i was asked to do d same.. but its been 4 days since d sim nt getting activated..
its been 1 month m trying bt its nt getting activated, ,

reliance/gsm sim — no service

I procured life time valitity gsm sim at malur, kolar dist karnataka cell no [protected], purchased in the month of may 2009.after 15 days.i found that no service on the display.i launch a complaint.then it was working.again this month 12.06.09 i launched a complaint.the customer service has not given proper responce.while asking last month the address proof and photo has not received.then i gave one set of id proof and photo.while purchasing sim, same day i had given all the doccuments, after launching the complaint, she is asking one more id proof and photo. being this is a life time prepaid card, i can not sub mit every month a id proof., if the id is not correct within 4 days it will be de activated with out id proof how it was working near about two and half month

Conection not activated number [protected].so you suggust me how i do.
