[Resolved]  Reliance Gsm Service — refund unwanted services activated without my request.

Dear Sir/Madam,

my mobile no is [protected], 100 rupee charge for call but your are second time activated ring tone service without my request. and cut my rs.30 and my balance show is rs.58/- than i call you on 198 no and your executive tell me that my cut amount is credit on my account but today again your are cut rs.30/- So, please give me a reason why you are cut my rs.60/- from my balance and this type service you provide again.

and refund the cut my Rs.60/- refund the my balance.
i send you mail on e-mail id: gsm.[protected]@relianceada.com but not received any reply by your, i wait for your mail reply.
