Reliance GSM Services — Non Availability Of Details At Care Centre

I have purchased a reliance sim of rs 49 on 19th of january and have recharged before 48 hours with rs 50 to activate my scheme of getting rs 5 per day as promotional offer. I have tried calling customer care since 19th and have called them for seven times till 22nd but still they are not able to provide me with my details and all the time they have replied that their system is under upgradation. more over that scheme of rs 5 has also not been activated. i am very upset with their services and if the base is not ready then why they launch their services. more over they should be fined by try for each time when their care centre is not able to reply. it is the customer who is suffering and is not able to do any thing as the information is not available with the care centre peoples. its their mistake and they should be fined for that so that they will test their system in advance before starting of service. moreover they did not intimate that a person has to recharge with a recharge cupon of rs 50 for getting rs 5 for 90 days. i think that was also not disclosed in the advertisement.
