[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Services — cheating done by reliance gsm chhattisgarh circle

sir, i m james apost paid customer of reliance gsm service chhattisgarh telecom circle .my mobile no is [protected].i took the connection on 18/08/2007 and from that very day onwards i started reciving unwanted sms about which i was ignorant its a value added service and the company too didnt informed abt this.
on 30th march 2009 i recived a msg that its a value added service n if i wanna unsubscribe from it i may send an sms to aparticular no.i was astonished, shocked n stunned n contacted the call center but the executive denied to register my complain for the refund of the charges of the value added service which got activated on my no without my consent.at last my compalin was registered on 15/04/2009 and after eight days i.e on 25/04/2009 i was given the information that that particular value adde service was activated on my no frm my end on 29/08/2006. when i told miss rashmi the customer care executive that i took the no on 18/08/2007 she got confused and asked me to call after sometime saying that they would have to check.sir, this behaviour of the company seems very suspicious and there is a possibility that they may do some sort of forgery by changing the activation date from 2006 to 2007.kindly take strong action against the comapny so that the money may be refunded to me.

i m very offset about the customer care services in chhattisgarh i m a prepaid reliance smart customer. they r not receiving my call n not solving my problems.

Reliance GSM Services — ILLEGAL DEDUCTION FROM PREPAID ACCOUNT

In last month i.e., sept(between 8d-12d) reliance gsm services had deduct RS 30/- from my account balance
In that concern I had made complaint to their customer care executive about illegal deduction of balance
She had said that your query will be resolve within 48 hrs as per Req. no. SR[protected] later on the day of 14 sept I got my balance of RS 30.
After this I faced the same problem again on the day of 20-sept-2009 I received one message as "DEAR SUBSCRIBER, U HAVE BEEN SUBSCRIBED TO CRBT AT RS-30/30 DAYS."
As soon as I received this message I called again to customer care and lodged a complaint, as they had deal with the data available to them they said that no such transaction is made and no VAS service related with your number (wiz, [protected]). (At that time my balance was below RS 30/- so no balance was deducted) and I also asked them if balance will be deduct when I will recharge my account they said no at that time.
Later on the day of[protected]Oct) I received one message as "DEAR SUBSCRIBER, YOUR RS.30 CRBT RENEWAL WILL BE ON[protected]. To cancel SMS Unsub 1003 to 121"(I had not commit any action at that time because of my final exams)
on the day of 13oct 2009 I recharged my account with RS.50/-
on the next day i.e,14-oct-2009 they deduct RS 30 from my account balance. in this regard I called to customer care executive again( 3 times) and tried to lodge a complaint but they were never in condition of listening anything from me and only saying that this transaction is made by me, it is not a false transaction hence your balance will not be refund.
They said that you lodge a request for hellotune(i.e,CRBT) as per their record. But as I know I never called to them for hellotune never answer to their calls they made to me (every customer). So I surely knows that this is a truly false transaction made by RELIANCE GSM SERVICES.
THUS I WANT A FULL REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY.
What can i do?? How you will help me??
Is their is any need to go consumer court??what is the procedure for the same??
How strong is my case??
IF YOU ABLE THEN PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM

I, am Ashok Dash from Brajrajnagar(Orissa), a subscriber of Reliance GSM No[protected] since 2003. On lost of the same, I reported to Your Raj Agency, Brjn. With documents on 18.10.2009 at 9 AM who issued me a Sim Card bearing No.[protected] with an assurance for activation within 72 hours. Yesterday, your service provider / customer care had assured me to activate the same within 24 hours. Both 72 hours and 24 hours have been passed away but not yet activated. Your Area Manager Mr.B.B.Panda also could not help me.May I please request to look into the matter for earliest activation.

Dear sir,
I have been using Reliance mobile services since last 7 month. My mobile no-[protected]. I have recharged tariff 77/- for low call rate all over India. 20 paisa per mint. RIM to RIM. After recharged tariff my call charges by company 50paisa. i have complain customer care 4 times but customer care not get any action.plz.

I am using Reliance GSM services from 7 month.My mobile no is [protected].I m using tariff from 77/- from 5 month for call rate low in rim to rim only @20 p.m.But when i have recharged tariff 77/- dated 17.05.10 time 12:10 pm for call rate low rim to rim @20pm. on 17.05.10 to till now every day my call rate charges by company 50 paisa per mints.After using tariff 77/-. i have complian 4 time.But not take any action by company.

I did recharge of 99 rupees on 22 MAY 2010 for the internet plan (3GB, 1 month validity) through retailer from ratangarh rajasthan.Before making recharge I had confirmed the net plan mentioned above from reliance customer care. He said that for this plan you need to do recharge of 99 rupees through retailer so I inquired at reliance authorized distributor but he don’t know about the plan. So finally I made recharge through retailer, he did E-Recharge of Rs. 99. When I tried to access the internet then it was not accessible so I called reliance customer care and inquired about the trouble, he said that instead of net plan another plan i.e. homezone plan of 99 Rs. is activated. I said that I did e-recharge of 99 Rs. through retailer for net plan so he said that the procedure for recharge of net plan is different which should be followed by retailer (instead of e-recharge retailer has to send message to some number) ,customer care executive said that homezone plan is activated.
I told him to change the plan as I don’t need the homezone plan but the executive refused to change that plan. Also homezone plan is not useful to me as my area is not in predefined zones of that plan. So this plan is totally useless to me. My 99 Rs. are also gone and still I am far away to use internet plan. I have still not got any benefit of homezone plan. I tried a lot in this case but no use.So I have lost 99 Rs. completely with this home zone and got nothing for 99Rs.
I think Reliance has started new ways of earning money from customers in a fraud manner.

I have searched on internet, and many such complains for 99Rs. GPRS plan have been found. GPRS plan have been found I think there is no any mistake from my side. So please notice my inconvenience.

Reliance Prepaid Services — Illegal deduction

Reliance becomes very unreliable. Myself not requested for any kind of value added service but they are deducting money from our balance for various stupid kind of services. We activate Do not disturb service, still they sending us SMS. We made complaints to their customer care but we have not got any result. We become very frustrated. Please help us.

Yesterday ie on 24.1.12 ,I recharged with Rs 100/. No calls were made
till now ie dt 25.1.12, the balance now is 56.91, by virtue of this, they are
cheating the innocent public at large. Until drastically punished, the problem
will not be resolved ie punished them to give credit to the customer double the
sufference.
