Reliance GSM Services — Non requested service activation

This is complaint in respect to activation of any value added service without any request. Every-time me or anyone in my family or friends or recharge mine/their Reliance GSM prepaid, the very next day we find deduction in our balance. And every time we call customer care (that again call for amount deduction) it gets connected after so much wait and then I find balance deduction is for the services we never heard of. And they take 2 days to return our money. This has become daily routine with the reliance. I am not the only sufferer, my brother and my friends are also facing the same issue every time.
