[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Services — STV PACK 69

My Reliance GSM Number is. [protected]. I received a message from Company - "free STD calls -Enjoy Unlimited R2R calls on STV69 for 30 Days, Timing (11pm-6am) saat me 50% Discount on off-net STD & Local Calls. Reliance" On this information yesterday at 10.15pm i go to retailer & tell him to Send the Rs. 69 STV pack on my number. His system says transaction successful. But i did not received any message, nor i received any balance or free talktime. i think it will take some time 7 went to sleep. But till 11th august morning i did not get any message or talktime. So i called to Customer care & the Reply was " Since you are using 3min/Rs. 1, Pack, you are not eligible for this. Pack & no such amount was transferred, talk to your retailer for refund.
Now my retailer said that transaction was success. Hence he denied for refund. & Company also denied. So what i have to do?. Why Company send me Such message, if it know that my number is not eligible for STV 69 Pack. What the hell...............
From where i get the Refund????
this is my first bad experience since lat 4 years of my recharge history......
