[Resolved] Reliance GSM SIM — Wrongly deducted money from my AC | |||
Dear sir, I am the user of Reliance (Mobile. NO. [protected])Few days back, reliance company deducted 50 Rs from my account wrongly. I also talked to Customer Care of Reliance, but all in vein. Thay deducted Rs.50(approx.) from my main balance. They told me that I will get my money back soon within three days, but I haven't recieved it till now. Ialso told them that if they will not give my money back, then I will go to Consumer Forum, but they said O.K.. if you want to go to consumer forumthen you may go. Reliance GSM — Money getting deducted from my account: New complaint
Hi,From about a week or so, they keeps on deducting my money from the account and I have to go to Customer care.
Those people dont know anything. They just know how to revert back the money like they have no other work than this like they already know that this will happen.
I am really going to Customer court this time and will take RCom with me on this. With this kind of service ofcourse they will post losses only. Who will buy this .
I will not leave this matter unhandled.
