Respected sir, Myself nishant gupta and i have worked with Reliance HR services private Ltd. (add:231 A okhala phase 1 new delhi)as a Sales Associate frm 14th of jan 2008to 15th of feb 2008(1 month only) my gross salary was 6500 after diduction of PF and ESIC etc. after passing one month my senior were mentally assault me thatswhy i regined to my job and ask for the salary of one month but they refuse to do that. then near about 4 month i have gone through the office for several times but they used to making excuses regarding that matter.sir plz help me so that i can get my salary.i shall be highly obelighed i[censored] will sort it out. thanking you. hopefully u w'll take an appropriate action regarding this matter. (Office Address:Reliance Communications Ltd. 44 Narain Krishna Building, City Centre Gwalior)My last profile was Cluster Postpaid Escalation Executive, & the last working day was 25th jan 2008.My gross salary was Rs.8, 265/- after diduction of PF, ESIC & Professional Tax. I had joined Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd. for a better growth option. My salary from 16 Dec 2007 to 25 Jan 2008 was put on hold & since then iahave been following up for the Full & Final Sttlement & also the PF claim but its been more then 10 months there has been no development on this issue.

But on 30th Jan 2009 me and my one of colleague Jaffar Khan did not get our salary and after that we called Girish M. and Pradeep M. both and they did not respond our calls then we went to HR DEPT Bangalore RCOM Office to inquire there we met Mr. Narayan and Mr. Vasudev HR and spoke regarding our salary they said that Pradeep M has not sent salary of ours. Then we said to HR that we worked for two months and they also inquired and they came to know two persons Mr. Girish M. and Mr. Pradeep M. has done a mistake and they made us to work before joining each and everything came to know to Mr. Vasu Dev. Vasu Dev told us that Pradeep M he is his friend and he ll not toll orate this kind of mistake if Pradeep was his freind also and he told he ll help us but through the official process. Vasu Dev asked Mr. Pradeep to sent mail to Mr. Anil Tiwari and take the salary approval from him in the month of Feb 10th 2009. And we waited till 9th Feb 09 and we asked Mr. Vasu Dev to confirm whether he got mail from your end or not then he said he didnt get mail from your end he cant help till your mail comes to him and he said Pradeep M has not sent a mail to Mr. Anil Tiwari, ask Pradeep M to sent a mail to Mr. Anil Tiwari then only he can do some thing for us. But we called so many time to Mr. Pradeep M but he didnt respond our calls, and we went our office also to tell him but he is not coming to the office. After a long struggle we got your mail ID and we are sending to you our related documents as an attachment please find out and please release our salaries as soon as possible because all ready we suffered badly without salaries from last two months I hope you ll be understand our bachelors problem our families only depends on us so please kindly help us out.
