[Resolved] Reliance India Mobile — Worst Service , Automatically unsubscribed from Jaadu 550 pack, | |
Hi There, I am really feed up with the worst ever service from reliance mobile. 2 months back I availed the service of Jaadu 550 pack(Its a life time package). Which will cut down my tariff to half. I was enjoying the service for couple of weeks then suddenly I realized that I am no more under this scheme . They were charging me what they use to charge me earlier. The biggest challenge in RIM is to speak to Customer Executives. You need to take couple of hours time to speak with them. For the first 30-45 mins you`ll be on waiting for your turn to come up. (no : *333). Then a complete illiterate of product CSR comes on the line who don`t even have basic soft skills in English. But anyhow we can at least manage to speak with them. Finally I was lucky to speak to a CSR and said the whole problem I am facing. He was not able to point it out, he transferred the call to his senior . He lodged the complain and promised to fix the issue in 48 hours. After 2 days I received a SMS stating " You are not eligible for the class of service". God know how one can degrade from one service ? No explanation et all. This is just once incident I am mentioning over here. There are n Number of times I face issues with reliance now and then. Now I am planning to opt for AirTel instead of this crap box. I am damn sure none of the Reliance authorities cares about this complaint. So my over all suggestion for everyone here is please please please never ever opt for any of the products (what so ever ) of Reliance. This is the biggest cheating company in India.
