[Resolved]  Reliance India Mobile — Company deducted from my prepaid account

Sir,
I am a Prepaid user of RIM. my no. is [protected].
Company forcefully deducted about Rs.48.00 from my prepaid a/c by sending a SMS "You have successfully subscribed to Cricket Dhamadam Pack" , without my request /call /sms.
On 24/10/07 (at 10:24 PM) my balance was about Rs.91.75 and
on 26/10/07 (at 1:35 Pm) my balance showing Rs.44.30 without making a single call /sms.
I have tried to talk customer care *369-4 more than 10 times but they are not taking call.
