I talk With Ashoke From Reliance India Mobile And He Said Me That when You Activated Your New Service About The SMS if You Not Deactivated Your old Service Than Your Balance Automatically Deducted And He Said Me That Firstly You Deactivated Your Old Service and Said that You does the Sms (DACT SMS26) i Does The SMS And My Service have Not Deactivated So I Am Not Agree With His...So You Give Me A Better Plane About that...

Respected Sir.My Name Is Azhar, My Mobile Number Is [protected] I Getting The Services From Reliance India Mobile And I Live At Vijay Park Moujpur Delhi 110053, Yesterday That means The Date Of 31/12/2011, I Recharge My No Of Rs 26 of SMS Pack 1 Paisa Par SMS, And I Received The Msg From RIM That Your Account Balance Has Been Successfully Recharge... But 1/1/2012 My 4.50 Paisa Automaticly Deducted For SMS Pack, my Problem Is That When I Have Recharged My Phone By 26 Rs For SMS Pack Then Why Company Deduct My Balance When I Calling To Custumer Care.....Then Custumer Care Number Not Connected By My Mobile. So Plese Solve My This Problem Early I am Waiting Your Response.
