[Resolved]  Reliance Infocom — Cheating in the name of Caller Tunes

My Reliance Mobile number is [protected] (Life scheme with Life Time Jadhu Pack). There were excess charges deducted from my Mobile account. When I asked the Reliance Operator, she informed me that I selected Caller Tunes on 01 May 2009 and therefore the excess charges were deducted from my Mobile account. I told her that I never selected Caller Tunes and I am the only person using this Mobile Phone. She refused to accept this and refused to cancel the Caller Tune charges. When I went through the Internet, I found that Reliance Infocom is doing the same deductions to several other Customers also. I request the concerned Government Authorities to discipline Reliance Infocom for their unethical Business Practice and return me the excess money deducted. I also request fellow Reliance Infocom Customers to be very alert with is cheating Company and frequently check their balance amount with frequently with *225. You can also Email your complaints to TRAI Email ID "[protected]@trai.gov.in". You may also send Emails to your Regional Nodal officers and Appellate Authority (Please check their addresse/phone/Email in the following Web Site "http://www.trai.gov.in/sp/RELIANCE.pdf")

Again today Reliance has sent me a SMS saying that I have subscribed for Callertunes. I have already sent complaints to Reliance and TRAI. But Reliance continues to deduct money from my account. Is the TRAI is sleeping?

SIR, I WAS OFFERED A BLACK BERRY MOBILE PHONE AT THE RATE OF RS 13990 WITH FREE AIRTEL DTH CONNECTION AND 2N/3D HOLIDAY PACKAGE.
I SUBMIT THAT AFTER TAKING DELIVERY OF THE PHONE I CONTACTED THE CONCERNED PEOPLE BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE AIRTEL DTH TILL NOW.SECONDLY THEY FORWARDED THE HOLIDAY BOOKING COUPON WHICH IAM ATTACHING AND AS YOU CAN SEE I WILL REQUIRE A COMPLETE TEAM OF TRAVEL AGENTS AND OTHER LEGAL AND FINANCIAL EXPERTS TO AVAIL THE HOLIDAY.SIMPLY SAYING I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO AVAIL THE HOLIDAY AT ALL BY FULFILLING THEIR CONDITIONS AS THEY HAVE FRAMED IT.(COPY ENCLOSED)
THIS IS NOTHING BUT HOW A COMPANY CAN TAKE PEOPLE FOR A RIDE.PLEASE TAKE UP THE ISSUE WITH THE RELIANCE INFOCOM .I INTEND TO APPROACH THE CONSUMER COURT IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THE ISSUE AS THIS IS ABSOLUTE CHEATING.

Reliance Infocom — cheating to customer

IR,
I am reliance GSM service user my number is [protected].On 17 feb i got
an SMS regarding activation of cricket pack than i contacted customer
care on same day he says you have activated this plan and rs.15/- have
been deducted and it can't be refunded.I requested CC to de-activate my plan and activate DND,
same has been de-activated and DND activated vide request no.-[protected]on 18/02/11.
Again on 23/02/2011 music station activated and rs.30/- has been deducted , again i contacted CC and quired about ,
after 01 or two hrs rs.30/- been refunded and my pack have been waived .
Again on 25/02/2011 cricket pack have been activated and amount deducted by company.I want to know how the company
are activating any service without customer request.If so company are
looting and cheating the customer by unfair means.This act is totally un-acceptable also it is against the consumer act.
Please compel the company to stop this activity
immediately .ON 27/02/2011 I CONTACTED cc around 08 PM , CC are not able to reply my quiry also they start abusing,they used very dirty
language that means "COMPANY NE GUNDA PAL RAKHA HAI LONGON KO DARANE DHAMKANE KE LIYE".sir what is going on and
how they allow to provide service to the people.I am reliance customer in jaipur
([protected]),mumbai([protected])to and everywhere i face same problem
that means company are cheating the customer for their profit.Also if you visit any site related to cust. complaint many complaint you will find regarding same promblem, How much you will wait to take strict action against the arrogant company.

Please take strict action and recommend the TRAI and indian govt.to cancel the licence of reliance infocom.Also reply me if any action has been taken or not.

Reliance Infocom — WRONG INFORMATION

I HAD CONTACTED RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE ON 24TH MARCH FOR CHANGE OF MY PLAN TO 199 FOR 1 PAISA SECOND FROM SIMPLY RELIANCE. THE EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT ON ROAMING ALSO CHARGES WILL BE 1 PAISA PER SECOND FOR INCOMING AS WELL AS OUTGOING CALLS. BUT ON 3RD APRIL WHEN THE PLAN CHANGED THE EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT CHARGES ON ROAMING WILL BE RUPPE 1 FOR INCOMING AND 1.5 FOR OUTING CALL AND FEELS SORRY FOR WRONG INFORMATION.THIS IS CHEATING. I MUST BE GIVEN PLAN AS TOLD TO ME EARLIAR. MY PHONE NO IS [protected]

Reliance Infocom — Amount deducted by Reliance

My mobile # is [protected]. This is the same kind of 4th complaint from my end. In Bangalore for unkown activation and deduted Rs.10/- today 27th Apr 2011, the reliance mobile service provider simply they activate some (Name itself i dont know) activation and if we raise compliant they have told that that activation done from our end only like that they are replying.

But this is obsolutely false statement, i dont know for company policy it self they are earning this kind of income else some employees doing purposely i dont know. Because my 4th compliant with in the short span of time. Apart from that earlier i requested them for life time any kind of activation not required from my and they updated in their end also. But i dont know eventhough they are doing same kind of mistakes. So, i requeest some one to help to solve the issue and reverse my Rs.10/- if any clarification please call me in [protected].

My Mobile number is [protected].i had made an application to change my services fron reliance CDMA to reliance GSM on 27/03/2011.this is my second posting on consumer forum.i am suffering due to lack of proper respond from reliance infocom.despite of several complaints and reminders , no-thing has been done .My request is still in process according to them.Kindly do the needfull.

My Mobile number is [protected].I had applied for the change in service on 25th march 2011.i had paid all unbilled amount till the date of application.i was told that the change in service would take 1 week but 6 weeks have passed.despite repeated complaints and reminders my request is not processed.this is my 3rd complaint on consumer forum. I am very disappointed that there reliance people keep on giving execuses every time i call them.Today i received a call from them at 6.00 P.M. they were asking for payment of outstanding dues.I was shocked, i told them that i had cleared all the dues at the time of application and i am not in a fault as they are taking 6 weeks to change the services which is still not done. i have told them that i will not make further payment untill my service is successfully changed from CDMA to GSM. the question of paying the dues does not exist as in am still opting for reliance service.i am fedup with reliance and i have told them that i will not pay any money untill my application is processed.

KIndly look into the matter and do the needfull.

Reliance Infocom — MNP from reliance CDMA to Reliance GSM

I had given request for MNP change on 27th March2011.Till date inspite of several complaints and reminders nothing has been done. costumercare people just tell that the request is in process.this is my 5th posting on consumer form.I am surprised that despite of repeated complaints on this forum, nothing has been done against the operator.
i am totally disappointed by the attitude of reliance infocom people,everyday they tell a new story for not completing the request.
Kindly do the needfull as i am subscriber of the service since 10 years or else i will have to discontinue the services.

Reliance Infocom — Broadband and landline not working for last 19 days

I am using a Reliance Broadband connection with a landline phone number [protected]. The connection used to go down atleast once in every month, but this time it went down on 15 June. I was expecting that it will come up automatically. when the connection was not working till 20th June 2011 i comlaint for the first time and i was assured that the problem will be resolved with in 24 Hours. but Nothing has happened till 2 nd July 2011. During this period i have called reliance customer care almost everyday to track this but Reliance is not taking the responsibility to call me and give the status of this resolution. This is really disappointing, coz this is the same company which disconnects your connection without any intimation if you miss their due bill payement date.

My request for MNP change is still not solved applied 27th March 2011.many requests and reminders were made on this forum but nothing done.yesterday i got a call from chembur branch from number[protected] ,i was told to submit address proof and a photograph to a reliance web world so i went to J.B. Nagar reliance webworld at 10.30 in the morning.the people there told me to apply fresh application.i denied for a fresh application as i have already applied twice.moreover they insisted to pay pending dues. i was ready to pay but wanted an acknowledgement that change to gsm would happen in 4 days. the people were not ready to give such reciepts .they further told me to go to jogeshwari branch for further correspondance. i now do not understand where to go?you people are harassing me since 3 months.Now i want to make it clear to you reliance people that i am not going to pay you a single rupee untill my problem is solved

Reliance Infocom — MOBILE SIGNAL

MY RELIANCE CDMA NO IS [protected], I am getting lot of problems for signals for my mobile number which i have from 8 years.
My office is in very narrow streets of sadar bazar old delhi, though i had never any complaints for coverage and signal in my office but from last 15 days, i am facing very bad experience from RELIANCE.. i can not receive any calls while sitting in my office, I had registered complaints to reliance many times, but they all are worthless. RELAINCE GIVE ME A BAD IMPRESSION.. i will change my operator in few days and never recommend reliance to anybody.. RUBBISH RELIANCE

Reliance — Deduct Rs.30/-per month

I have a RTL GSM service,no.-[protected].Suddenly last month Rs.30/- deduct from my a/c and also today deduct the same amount.Still now don't know why deduct that amount.I want to know why do this and refund my amount(Rs. 30*2=Rs.60/-) as early as possible.I relay your company but why this happen ?

INTERNET MODEM — bill of internet modem

Dear sir madam
I just want to know about the rent of the internet service.
In the month of April I had bought web setter internet modem of one mobile company. It was post paid. I just used that modem for one day. from April I am not using that. I did not get hard or soft copy of any bill form the company but company had asked me twice to pay the bill every month inspite of not using it..
MY QUERY IS
AS I AM NOT USING THE MODEN SHOULD I PAY THE BILL MONTHLY? (I had paid the amount of modem).
