Dear Sir,
We have got your connection from M/s Bharat Marketing, 111/441 80 Feet Road, Kanpur, where in a telephone of Huyei Classic 2208, RSM- RHWFUC[protected] was purchase vide receipt no. 317 dated 17.07.2007. The irony of the situation is that this telephone was repaired twice within this short span at Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur Service Centre after a lot of haggling. This time the phone has been out of order for the past 10 days & when we contacted the Kidwai Nagar service centre, we were told by one Mr. Sharma that we need to bring either the original box of telephone or else contact M/s Bharat Marketing, to tell the serial no. of phone which they are not able to read. When contacted M/s Bharat Marketing they expressed the same indifferent attitude to do any help in this regards. Thus, the phone is non functional for over 10 days.
Kindly help us to get our fault corrected immediately so that it is functional. I am a Doctor by profession & our Centre is one of the most busy Urology Centre & this number is very important for many of our patients.
There are certain ironical problems encountered during this endeavor of finding the right solution to this problem which needs to be addressed at this point of time:
How can one keep the telephone Box through out life time & why was this not disclosed at the time of purchase?
Why do the customer care numbers not provided to the customers (all links, in case the problem is not solved within 24 hours)?
Who is the responsible- the franchise M/s Bharat Marketing or Service Centre at Kidwai Nagar, to get my problem solved ?
Who is going to pay for the rental during this period of inactivity?
Kindly get my complaint registered immediately &get it rectified on priority basis.
