Dear Team, We are extremely disappointed with the way RELIANCE is handling the issue. Firstly it took 26Hrs to respond to the complaint (LINK FAILURE) despite that the problem remains unresolved.Since our entire business model is dependent on internet,we are suffering heavy financial losses because of this persistent connectivity issue and the inordinate delay in resolving it. In fact the whole purpose of investing in a dedicated link appears defeated. Our earlier connection was giving us much better and stable performance than yours. You may let us know if you lack the expertise to resolve the problem. The various departments of RELIANCE involved are simply playing the blame game and passing the buck to each other which ultimately is no good for us. This is considered a highly unprofessional way of handling customer complaints and is definitely unbecoming of an organization like RELIANCE. This is our final request to you for resolving the FREQUENT INTERNET LINK FAILURES. If you are unable to do so,we will go for some other solution with another vendor. Looking forward to a prompt response from your end. i m the resident of jodhpur (rajasthan) and the user of reliance network mobile and data card.sorry to say but the services of rel netwrk in shaitansingh enclave near shikargarh is very poor.i request to the concerned authority to plz take neccessry action otherwise customer will b bound to shift to some other better service provider.raj saurabh
