Subject: Replacement of Reliance internet Data card to Net connect Broadband (USB).
Respected Sir/Madam,
This is to bring you concern that I am a user of reliance internet data card but since I have bought a new laptop which does not have the slot for data card henceforth I went to my nearest Reliance Web World for exchanging it so that I can further use it but as the customer help desk officer informed me that I have to purchase a new Net connect Broadband (USB) worth Rs.3000/-approx which was not feasible for me as I had already paid Rs.6000/- while purchasing the Data Card.
Therefore considering my problem I request to please take specific actions for replacement of the Reliance Data Card to Net connect Broadband without any charges as it is not a fault from my side, it is the case of technological up gradation which your company needs to be consider for serving the existing customers satisfactorily. Thanking you.

i have been using reliance USB plug in device for internet connection on my laptop.
i have been paying the bill regularly, but last time when i went to pay the bill, i was told that payment has already been made in my account... then they said from the reliance office that it was by mistake the staff in muvattupuzha ( kerala) had entered someone else's payment in my name. so they requested me to go to muvattupuzha and pay the bill there, so that the staff there can adjust the payments.
as per the advise i went to muvattupuzha reliance office, payed my bill and got the reciept.
Now i see that my connection has been cut... why is it so?
if you cannot provide a proper billing and customer care why trouble me?
hence i would like to close this connection.

Reliance Netconnect is the Worst Service In World,
They Just Try To Make fool.
They Dont Give information about When They Start And Stop Important Services.
I had purchased their Broadband Data Card, I used it in night From 10 pm to 6 am.
They gave me one plan and said that it is free in above time.
then after 15 days they said that It is post-pond to 15 th 30th may.
Now situation is that, My Bill is 2500 instead of 500.

I am using HSD broadband service provided by reliance, with only night plan activated on that
Now my bill is showing 30 hours or day usage which has never been used. On top of that while i ask them to send me the details they are saying that due to security reason now govt has issued rules not to disclose the details to the users also. At the same time i am getting detials from other service providers.
This is totally unacceptable.

Reliance Broadband+ — Hardware Not Replace

I have purchased a Data Card of Reliance Broadband+ ON DATED 19.06.2009 from Raj Infocomm, shop no.20, Plot no-7a, DDA Building Distt. Centre Janakpuri his tin no. [protected], and it was not working properly form 1st day of purchase. I was already complaint about this matter to the dealer (where I was purchased to good) and hand over the replacement certificate (DOA) ON DATED 24.06.2009.and he committed me the good replace will be 5 days of DOA handover, but so much reminders of my visit the dealer not replacing the above product. So please do something for ME. I'm sending u the bill and DOA certificate scan copy also.

Purchased data card broadband interconnect no.[protected] From your gallery at FC.College Road Pune. After completing the formalities, it was activated but on 09.07.2009 at 7.45 P.M. it was deactivated due to lapse on your inter dept. lapses as I understand after visiting the gallery. It was as CAP not received. It as a very sorry state of affairs and a corporate client is made to suffer. The reliance gallery person manning the counter appeared helpless. He gave me his mobile no. but after attending one call only. He is not responding any more. How many times I should visit the Gallery.

Please do not force me to send mails to my all dept not to go for this connection and more so to the fellow senior bankers also not to get in Reliance Trap.

never purchase reliance products.generally they provide fraudy products.i pur reliance data card.its speed was very poor. u can say it has no speed. and they send bill more than rs.1500 .and we can get unlimited offer in other companies in just rs.800.

the services these days r so poor.
when i purchase this card i ve been told that the speed will be around 246kbps.
but i vent crossed 100 kbps.
this is such a irritating thing that u r seetin in front o[censored]r comp.and the speed is always bad.

I had purchased a data card from reliance for Rs. 2300/-. The data card did not work. It did never connect to internet. I made complaints on telephone. A man from the company came but did not establish the internet connection on my computer. He talked to his senior on his mobile phone and then told me that the connection would be provided after 24 hours. But upto two months I complained several times but all in vain. Then I received a bill and contacted customer care about the bill for a number which has never been connected. My complaint was shifted to Bombay Technical Office of the Reliance Company. I was told that the problem would be solved through customer care centre. Now, I am receiving calls for filing suit at the court of law to make payments against the bills generated by the company. I requested them to kindly provide me the address or phone no. of any responsible senior officer to put forth my problem. Please, is anybody kind enough in the company to save me from the unexpected payments of the bills for a data card (prchased by me for Rs.2300/-), that never worked and for which connection was never provided.

Reliance USB Data Card — EXCESS CHARGED

I would like to state that I have taken the Prepaid USB device in Malout app.8 months back.I am being charged Rs.700/- p.m. for unlimited usage.But I regret to say that charges in Muktsar are Rs.167/- p.m.We are unable to understand the reason for difference.DISTANCE BETWEEN MUKTSAR & MALOUT IS ONLY 30 KILOMETRES

I used Relaince Datacard from July 2011 to July 2013 and paid my bills regularly w/o fail.
Being in IT field my usage is 50% of the plan. In month of Aug I got bill of 2048 MB excess of 500 + 524 MB over and above my Plan of 1024 MB. There was no intimation that I exceeded my plan or intimation that charges will be exhorbitantly high. Anyway I use datacard only when my MTNL broadband is not working. After several reminders I informed them to stop service and stop harassing me.
For a person whose income is Rs.6000/pm how do you expect to pay Rs.1500/- for not fault of mine
This is PURE LOOT.
Now they have sent legal letter. Can anyone help with recourse.
