[Resolved]  Reliance Internet Data card — postpaid to prepaid all payment are clear

hi Sir
As per subject last 6 june 2009 i was clear previous due ([protected]) and make 170 rupees advance for change my Data card in Postpaid to prepaid .reliance web world (chetak circle, udaipur, Rajasthan) at i meet with Mr satish, i was purchase my data card from power solution durga nursary road udaipur.Mr satish cleard my all due and want some advance charge and due in 170 rupees so i give him money id proof and he assured me to change in 7 days he told me that he return call me and give me SR number but still on 8 july it not convert in post paid to prepaid .and 7 july when i go in web world some other person ompraksh paliwal at power solutions udaipur told e that satish suspend your services so its not working but why he is not converting i dont know ..its reliance service .what i do next .my data card suspend fom 6 june then my uses are 0 zero then why new bill zenerate .and where is my 170 rupees i got one sr from *222 =[protected] pls resolve it
