Hi sir/madam, I have reliance data card and using for last 2-3 months.details below: Data card no.: [protected] Name : kumar pravin ranjan Address : 601, Sunlight Colony Part-1,New delhi-110014 Sir, for last one month i am getting speed problems for that i already made complain to customer care and my complain no. was :[protected]. I talked with Mohamad sajid and Nishant but they won't give me good response. so please suggest to whom i will contact to resolve this issues. Thanks in Advance. Dear Sir/Madam,
As I am the regular customer using reliance data card and i am facing speed problm as well as one more thing I just wanted to tell you that i dont know about my scheam that which scheam I am using. The story is like this that 3 months back I got this connection and informed by the executives that this connection is free for two months and after that you will receive a call from reliance survice providers and they will let you know about our scheams and that will be all together your choice which scheam you like to take.
But I was shocked you know i did'nt got any call and directly received the bill of 650/-. which was very strange and after that i did a call to the same executives who has given me that connections. But they never responded to me properly.
Now you guys tell me what will i do.

Hi @ all,
while being in India, we bought a Reliance membership card and tried to make use of it quite often. To no avail! Most of the time we tried our luck in their outlet at Vasant Vihar, close to Priya Cinema Centre.
9 opportunities out of then we had to sweat it out ( summer heat and no AC working ). Apart from that, either the server was down or the internet speed was such that even a more patient soul would have found this extremely dismal.
To top this off, we entered the premises on a sunday and were told that today it's a " games only " day as the Reliance provider can#t be bothered to function on sundays India wide!!!
Holy something!
We simply used a few other internet cafes in the vicinity whenever the need arose - without any problems whatsoever.
This chain is to be avoided fur sure!

I live in Nilgiris, Tamilnadu, i have bought a reliance netconnect 1x, when i get the modem they said that the speed upto 153 kbps, fine i agree on that that is upto that but not 153kbps, but atleast it must be 50 kbps, not even that for opening a site it takes atleast 2-3 minutes then you will know what the speed will be in, finally i request reliance to give me a replacement of reliance broadband+ 3.1 mbps i will be very happy if i get that, i can pay extra money after giving it to get that, finally i want a answer for this or else i am going to through this, i will never turn to reliance here after, i think the tata will give the finest internet connection, i want the answer for it, , , , my number is [protected], , , ,

Reliance Data Card — Speed problem
SirI bought one Reliance Data Card with Scheme of (up to 3.1Mbps for 5GB after 144Kbps speed),45 days over and paid one month bill also,but till i didn't get even 200 kbps speed once out of this 45 days,then what about 3100 Kbps speed ,i don't know how it works this system,However If possible please give satisfactory result soon

Reliance is the worst internet service provider.
its my fault the, i got slip on the rim attracting adss..
its really my fault, that i am using reliance, soon i will erase my fault, either by throwing this data card on fast running HIGH-WAY or by throwing this in GANGA RIVER.
WORST WORST WORST SERVICE PROVIDER..
