[Resolved] Reliance Land Line — No Refund for surrenderred Telephone | |
Hi, I had a land line phone with number[protected] which I surrenderred in June, 2007. I have submitted the handset as well to their web world on 09.08.2007 and due receipt collected. As per the Handset Return form an amount of Rs.2293/- is due to me, for which no action is being taken by Reliance. Reliance has a verry poor customer service system either through their tele-services or the web world. Whenever I call the tele-service center or visit the web world, they direct to each other. Even I made the web world people talk to the tele-executive in front of me and they concluded that I would be getting the refund in 45 days from then. Pls. do the needful as early as possible and send the refund at my present address i.e. Gnomon Education Services Pvt. Ltd., WZ-19, Asalatpur, A-3, Block, Janak Puri, New Delhi-110058.

Reliance Land Line — Outdated phone + disconnected new connection
I took a connection on my fathers name and had discussion with the Reliance associate that the land line phone should have a SMS sending capability and a Phone book but after the phone was connected in my absence, the fone was found to be different and cheaper one. After few days passed the phone too got disconnected. Inspite of several calls to customer care they keep on providing complain number which are not at all helpful.Suggest me what shall I do?
Our landline phones from[protected] to[protected] are not working. There is no incoming and ourgoing. We only get dial tone.
Hi just would like to ask you that i wana pay my landline bill online how do i do that. or if you can charge from my account every month.

Reliance Land Line — phone diconected without reason
dear siri have been repeatedly giving complaint to the coustmer care of reliance communications & to the web world's of reliance communication
my land line no.= [protected]
my chq cleared on 3rd of october in my bank for which i have already give the bank statements 3 times but till date there is no action on it the landline is not working and we are facing a lot of problems.
please look into this matter

Reliance Land Line — Reliance connection terminated wrongly
The most crucial and unwanted happening: repeated information /complaints locally, nodal officers but same reply that your reliance number [protected] (Account no.[protected] has been terminated due to address verification and same cannot be reactivated.I have taken 2 connections at same time i.e. 1- mobile ( [protected]) & 1-WLL[protected] and address proof of that duly completed form submitted to agent & in web world also. The mobile is working properly and activated but WLL[protected] terminated.
Here I m to say that verification for mobile is correct but not for WLL. Is it possible where as same documents at a time submitted.
My reliance number [protected] immediately to be function-able.
