[Resolved]  Reliance Landline — Activation of Caller tune suo moto

I have not requested for caller tune services on my landline no.[protected], but still it was activated i have requested for deactivation but again it is activated and everytime 30 Rs. are charged in my bill. there is noone to listen in Reliance Company. we have to pay if we want to reatin our connection. Please Help.
