[Resolved]  Reliance Landline Phone — Wrong Billing, cheating

Hi,

My name is Ravi Wadhwa. We are running a Consultancy firm at Delhi. We have 5 connecation from reliance. We started this connection with Probelem, First after giving booking amount, It took them 20 days to installl phone and broadband. I couldnt shift my office due to this probelem. And when wE shifted, the broadband connection started giving probelem.NO body in relinace ws taking the reponsibility, the sales guy who gave us the connection put the phn in switch off mode. We were so furious, we went to reliance office at Darya Ganj and met up with the branch head. He promised to get this done in 3-4 hr but it took almost 2-3 days to rectify this probelem. Meanwhile our faith in reliance was broken, we took airtel broad connection which they provided in 2 days. We asked reliance to discoonect our broadband service. But they sent us bill with says we are still using the broadband connection. This was about broadband now i come to their landline services.

Sales Guy told us that call charges would be Rs. 1 if you take 5 connection at 1250 rent per month. Wherein you will have 150 free calls everymonth on each phn, that means total 750 calls on 1250 rent per month.

We recived the bill this month and we shocked to see that they were charing 1.20 rs. for each call. It made me so furious that i am going for airtel again. I was using airtel for last 3 years and never had this kind of probelem.

Airtel is far more better in terms of customer satisfaction, transperancy and proactivness. Reliance has hired pathetic employees, no promptness in resolving complaints. I am sure they can never beat Airtel in qaulity.

I will suugest everybody to not to go for reliance ever in thier life.

Dear sir,

I had terminated my Reliance fixed Wireless phone[protected] date on 15th may 2006 at Reliance web world D-block gr Floor, 21st century Buss. Mkt, Ring Road Surat-395002. My instument RSN no RCGFW[protected] which is deposite at same but till now my refundeball deposit Rs. 2000/- is not given to me by the company.
MY LANDLINE NO. IS 30437059.

MY PHONE IS DAD FROM 27TH JULY.

MANY TIMES COMPLAINE BUT ANS. IS PROBLEM SOLVED IN 48 HOURS. BUT MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED.

OUR AREA YOUR DISTRIBUTOR MR. VIBHAS IS NOT GIVEN A PROPER ANS. HE IS NOT RECEIVED PHONE FOR COMPLAIN.

IAM NOT SATISFY FOR YOUR SERVICE.

Reliance Landline connection( Which is Not Given) — Cheating

Hi,

I have been constantly getting SMS from a number "[protected]" that my Relaince Landline Bill Value of Rs.X ( Rs.156.81- This month) is overdue and tha t i should pay this to avoid disconnection.

The Fun is that i do not have a Landline Connection ( I have never applied for any Connection too) and inspite of lodging complaints i am still getting such unnessary SMS. In fact i used to get a call from a courier company asking for my Address to deliver a Bill and would always refuse to tell the Address stating that i do not have any Landline Connection.

I request the Customer care team to take necessar action and stop distrubing me in my Mobile.
I have made a request to disconnect my landline[protected] on 03rd-Dec-2007 (Request #[protected].

As I know I haven’t asked to continue the phone after the above complaint, but the Reliance service center person called me and told that as per my request the phone is still not disconnected.. This is SHAME of to provide a customer service.

I have again request for to cancel the line, but that’s also not happened in time.. again SHAME THING.. not same <oo>

After one month of cancellation of Land Line I have received a bill of around Rs 394/-, I had asked the reliance service center to provide me the details of the charge. Always they promise me to solve this issue, but unfortunately, that has not happened.

Month on month the invoice amount is increased by the plan and I have received an bill of about 1000 rupees.. (great)

After too many calls from my side they have sent me an invoice of Rs. 534/-.

What did they think, that I don’t know but they have harassed me like a anything..

Joke.. the same companies representative is coming to me for asking to provide a LL and Broadband connection.. Day before yesterday I told them my story and asked them to provide me the details of the invoice of Rs. 534/-, they were agree to come to solution.. but no one is return.. What a positive attitude they have?

Now Reliance has send me the notice from the lawyer for Non-payment of outstanding bill amount. I am ready to pay the amount but I need the clear details from your side.

I have paid the amount of Rs 534/- in June 2008, and the bills coming to me stopped. Today (01-oct-08) I have received a bill for around 800 rupees.. What a Joke.

Can some one tell me how to tackle with this issue.
Is peharedar on Awaz Channel can help me to come out from this?

I have taken a Reliance Classic landline phone (No.[protected])(FWP) on life-time prepaid offer for Rs.999/- on[protected] from Reliance World, Dwaraka Nagar, Visakhapatnam 530016 vide Invoice No.[protected] and submitted self-attested copies of my latest BSNL Telephone Bill as Proof of address and my Driving Licence as Personal ID. Three days ago I was called by some lady from Reliance who has asked me about my address and the land-mark nearby. I promptly given her the information. Today,[protected] at 08.17 Hrs I recieved a Message from Reliance Phone No.[protected] as follows: " Your address details differ based on verification done by us. Pl. submit new documents to aviod disconnection of services". When I tried to ring-up that number I was prompted by a voice message to " pl. check-up the number." I tried to contact the number from my Airtel mobile aswell. But there also I was prompted to check-up the number. I had sent an SMS to the number at 11.38 AM from my airtel mobile asking to give details as to how my address differed on their verification. But I have not recieved any SMS or call in reply thereto. I also frantically called-up [protected] which is the number of the executive concerned at Reliance World, D.Nagar, Vizag, and despite promising that he will sort out the matter and call me back, he didn't contact me thereafter. The other problem is for the past 4 days, I am not getting outside calls at different times during a day, as the caller attempting to ring-up me are being prompted that ' the phone is switched off.' When my cousin called-up my BSNL number and told me of it, I checked-up by calling-up my Reliance Landline number from my BSNL landline and confirmed that it gives the message that 'the phone is switched off.' I got a call from my friend yeasterday i.e. 6th whereas, when I again tried to ring-up my reliance landline from outside on my airtel mobile this morning, I could not get the connection with the message 'the phone is switched off'.
I had a reliance communications landline connection few month back. On the 12th of october 2008, i purchased a monthly prepaid voucher for monthly recharge. i scrached the card and tryied to recharge but remain unsuccessfull. While trying to recharge, i got the message that the PIN number of the scratch card is invalid. i went to the vender and talked to the distributer of reliance landline connections here in patna as well, but they didn't give any service, support or help. then i talked to the customer care and came to know from customer care that the perticular card has already been used in september 2008, i.e, one monthe before i purchased it.

Land line Phone Nos. are 37105781, 82, 83, 84 Out of this 37105783 & 37105784 are outgoing calls barred. we have made payment of your bill by 26.11.2008. We have also received your Ack. through Landline. But We unable to make outgoing calls from 26.11.08. Kindly request you to enable to make outgoing calls.

Reliance Landline Phone Connection — Wrong Follow Up for Bill Payments

Dear Sir,

I have Reliance Landline Connection[protected]. I have already paid the Bill of Month of November before it's due date at one of the Reliance Web World ( for which I have been given a receipt also ) still I am receiving wrong follow up phone calls ( from the No. [protected]) for the payment of the bill which already I have done.

I am receiving the same follow up calls very frequently every time some different lady or gentleman used to call for the followup even last sunday ( 28.12.08 ) one lady called herself as ELa called me from the same no. and putting a threating comment that we are about to send you a legal notice.

Why should a customer be harresed because of their ( Reliance ) internal systematic failure or malfuncationing.

I would like to request you to pl. provide me the guidance to come out from this reoccuring problem.

My self naresh Sanghvi, My No. is [protected]. I have some poblem in my Bill. Many Times Complain but costemer care ans. is solved u r pro. in 24 hours . but till today doesnt solve this prob. Some additional Charges in my mobile Bill, but i will doesnt use u r Value Added Services. but 30 rs. add in my bill for last 4- 5 month.
Many Times Complain in your costemer care lines, your gallaries. but doesnt give proper answer. this is last complain for u. i[censored] doesnt give proper answer. i ll complain in CNBC Avaj. com for ur services

Reliance landline phone — No Network

Hi, My phone is showing no network for last 20 days and after repeated complaints and follow ups no action is being taken by the company to resolve the problem. I am fed up with the problem. PLS HELP
