I have registered complaint regarding Non-functioning of my telephone No.32570710 about 2 months before under Comp.No.[protected]. Still my phone is not working. But they are collecting the bill every month first week. Then I called nodal officer but he also didn't give me right response. I called him twice he answered me to call my exchange. I called there also frequently there is no sufficient response. I called district officer twice but he also not giving me right response. Whenever I called him he told me to call next day

Reliance Info — Faulty telephone instrument
My Tel instrument FWP LSP-340 works only in handsfree mode for the past one year. Though I complained Reliance through telephone and on through their web portal. BUT TILL DATE NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
