Sub: - Please pay attention for [protected] (Reliance office no.) This is to inform you that I am new user of Reliance prepaid no.[protected]. I have taken reliance mobile as on date 10/08/08 and submitted necessary document at the shop where I purchased the mobile; The shop is at mandhipatnam in Hyderabad. But at this point of time they have deactivated my no because of which I am facing a lots of problem since almost last 24 hrs. I have already talked 5-6 times to customer care (reliance office no.[protected]) in Reliance prepaid services and asked about my phone deactivation problem but still it was not resolved .Even I have also talked with Mr. Nagesh who is looking after the problem of prepaid services (mobile no. Is [protected]) but he had also not resolved. So please look in to matter and tell me what to do change the no. OR Can I expect best service from reliance.

it is the genuine problem which almost every customer faces... i dont understand why they take so much time in resolving the matter in the era of IT... this is serious issue and it should be dealt accordingly...
I agree with this. I personally faced the very problem when i got new phone and it took 3 days to get resolved, and honestly speaking it was just like a mental torture because you have phone and u can neither call nor recieve. I still wonder what these guys do at customer care center.
I strongly request the authorities to look into the matter and take proper action for the same.

Reliance LG — mobile Number to change mumbai circle
i have one mobile that i used in Rajasthan, now that same number i want to use in mumbai circle...what will be the procedure.
Reliance — Mobile Phone Deactivated
I have purchased 2 mobile phones from Reliance Franchise on 30th Oct'08 (MDN 1: [protected] MDN 2:[protected]) which were deactivated after 10 days o[censored]sage, when contacted Reliance Customer Care I was informed the documents provided are incorrect, I have submitted another set of documents with Reliance Web World in Bommasandra Indl Area Bangalore on 14th Nov’08 (Distributor Mr. Srikanth Phone: [protected]) and I was informed the number will get activated in 48 Hours however the same was not done. After a regular follow up with Mr Srikanth I was offered only dates and not my number. Currently Mr. Srikanth has stopped responding to my calls and Reliance Web customer care executive Mr. Faizal has advised me to register a case with consumer forum as he cant activate my number. This is with regard to the tariff coupon of Rs.95/- for lifetime validity that I had purchased on 29th December, 2008.While I was recharging my account, a failure message came regarding the same.
Now I have already recharged my account with Rs.199/- tariff coupon and I am satisfied with it.
I would be obliged if my Money for the Rs.95/- coupon be reimbursed.

I purchase a Lg Instrument for Reliance Land line .After six month when the instrument have any problem..So i asked in Reliance Web-world for repairing .As they give us Address of LG Authorized Service Center near Makhmal Talab Thane West...Were i go for repairing ..They are telling that Warranty is taken from Manufacturing Date not from purchasing date .This is New thing for us that if we purchase anything Electrical appliance.The Warranty is from Manufacturing Date not from Purchase date ...and they are charging for repairing .
We purchase on Reliance goodwill but LG is spoiling ..and Reliance should know that they are selling LG product who are spoiling there customers...not LG customers...So please advice this to whole Reliance world.

I have changed my Resi.Add. submitting necessary documents at Ulhasnagar (Sec.17) Rel.Outlet & after that I have recd 2 calls from RIM for confirmation of the add. But still I am not receiving bills at my NEW ADDRESS. Please look into the matter at the earliest as I am paying bill without knowing my actual bill. I came to know that I have paid around Rs.200/- in excess till date.
