[Resolved] Reliance LG — Recharge complaint | |||
Sir i am recharging 27rs on my reliance number [protected] because of one offer is applicable on that number i.e 150 calls to any local network validity 30 days on that message come to number RM-651234 on daily 27th to today onwards but that after that i am complaint to 198 customer care with complaint no:[protected] after resolving the complaint i hav conformed message as you are not eligible for message campaign offer but y r u sending that message but one person said i am not sending that message but i am recharging 27th that message comes to my mobile on no:RM-651234 on 27th 12:54pm and 28th 1:00pm and 29th 2:00 pm and 30th 2:37pm i am not eligible then why r u send that message repeatedly so plz solve my problem sir. Oh thanking you for reply sir one of the our service provider can contacted sir but its shame less that is i am rechrging to my nuber because of the message come to that number and i exactly mention times also but that person told no message come to my side then how to rechage my mobile how to complaint to our customer care on that offer with out come to my mobile on that message so its a reclsness answer so i feel very badly to this type of answer so please solve my problem and said i am shown that message on nearest executive officer but my area nandigama Krishna district our officers are too busy please solve my problem

But i am not satisfacted because problem created for yours but effect on customers mean me so what an idea excellent solution sir mind blowing answer i hate this type activity it shows yours
