Poor Customer Service from RLIC, Chennai
Could somebody from Reliance Lifeinsurance sort this issue ?
I have been receiving an SMS every 15 minutes since 13/03/2009 till
now for an Updation done on a Policy[ Contract No. 12588473].
In a day I receive 96 SMS having the same content.
I spoke to Airtel they said its not their problem after 3 days of scrutinizing the problem. Spoke to reliance
customer care 3 times.They just took the complaint and never processed even once.Asked the customer person to escalate to a manager, found that there is nobody in that designation.
Nothing has been done so far... so wats is the point in calling you a
Customer Care...
I ve even updated a new no. in the database through Customer care thinking it would stop the
SMS coming. But in vain it still continues...
Is someone really working in Reliance Life Insurance ?

i agree with that i person changed my plan from quaterly mode to monthly mode but they didnt customer service is really worst with reliance life insurance

This is mohandas from coimbatore, actually my uncle was took one reliance life insurance policy( Golden years plan in regulare premium ) at 23/09/2008. so due date is tomorrow but my uncle not ready to pay to premium amount because some financial problem. so he need to change single premium in these policy. so wat is the rule ?

my planis investment assurance plan... last year i put one policy.. i pai first premium.. but second premium date already past one month... next month if i paid my second premium... wat abt my policy..its lapse or not...

sir.mayne kuch mahine pahele eak dost se "relience life insurance" policy kiya hai.jab who mujhe policy ke bare may samjhaya to may jada kuch samjha nahi our dosti ke liye mayne policy agree karliya.lekin 14 din ke din mayne use policy cancel karne ke liye bola lekin who kar nahi paya uske bad mayne half yaerly premiam ko 01 time karne ke liya bola who o v karnahi paya. may manta hun isme sabse bari bhul meri hai, leki meri appse gujarish hai agar app mere help karte ho to may campany ko premeam dunga, agar nahi to may kabhi paisa v nahi lunga our na premiam duna.

I opened a Policy under the banner of Reliance Life Insurance and paid premium by Cheque Nos. 902802, dated 21/02/2008, 902808, dated 29/01/2009, respectively. Premium is @ Rs. 10, 000/-p.a. But still Policy has not been disbursed to me. I have not received any policy. Please urgent steps.

Dear Manager,
My self Anil Rai and my Policy number is13915950. I have already paid the premium of 4 quarterly payments.
Attached is the jpeg of screenshot my Bank Accounts.
But there is a again a deduction of 1180 on 10 september 2009...I request you to revert back my amount to the same bank account and if you will take it lightly then it will change into a big trouble for me or for you also.
Kindly revert me as soon as possible...

You Spoiled the name of reliance through this kind of managment..
My fault is that I have opened a policy in ur company ...
Relaince Company is Madar____ company and all employees are behan k ____...if someone is seeing then kindly fill up the blanks in ur mind...
now it is my opinion to Reliance life insurance...
