I applied for Reliance wealth+health plan as their sales maneger contacted me and paid Rs 6331.00 as a premium amt. on 21/2/2009 but they have not accepted my policy as I declared that I suffered by ulcerative collities, while filling form.Afterwards sales manger told me that your policy is not accepeted by co, your money will be refunded shortely.
