AWB no. L21144775 I got sms on my mobile on 12th dec 2009 that the welcome kit of my RLIC policy no[protected] has been dispatched on 8th dec 2009. corier name:speed post. AWB No. L21144775. Complain regarding Welcome Kit for the policy no[protected].
I have got an SMS in my mobile on 11/08/2010, that Welcome Kit for my RLIC policy has been despached through the courier name SPEED POST on 12/08/2010. Under AWBNo-VPL 40623088.But, I have not yet received the respective kit, as it's been about one month and 7days gone.Kindly look into the matter, and take necessary action regarding the matter.Thanking you.
