[Resolved]  Reliance Life Insurance — mis selling

dear sir, i nilesh shete a policy holder of reliance life insurance from last year (policy no[protected] . paying 25000 as a premium, this year my policy premium is going to due in the month of aug-12. in the month of june mr, harish sutap call me and told me to pay early to get bonus, 1st I ignore him , but he call me 4/5 time and tell me he is calling from reliance and it is benifited to me to pay early. so he send a guy to me and collect cheque of 25ooo ,one blank cheque and told me to singed some papers for procure , when i asked for blank crossed cheque and sing , he told me the bonus amount tranfer directly to ur bank account,
after some day i received new policy ( no[protected] from reliance , so i call harish, he told me he is in goa for company meet and said not to worry. after some day i recived call from reliance for premium, so i call harish , he heard from me and there after not recived my call and not answering me, mob no- [protected] and mail id on which i send copy of my wifes pan card [protected]@gmail.com,

i request to please discontinued new policy 50266179 and transfer 25000/- in my old policy 19249796 .
